Compared to the brand of raddison, the rooms very old style - all furniture, bathroom and it did not appear to be a style/theme just not upgraded.

There wasn't anything to eat (restaurant , machine or something in our room) when we arrived at 22:00. We miss Tee and cafe in the room.

We wanted to use the pool, asked for bathrobes and slippers, but was informed that they ran out of supplies, and will only be resupplied on Monday (we stayed over the weekend).

Very professional and friendly staff. The facilities have seen better days, but are clean and functional. We had a dog with us, and was charged 25 euro for the dog. The hotel prepared a dog bed, a blanket, and two bowls for the dog, already placed in the room.

While it is opposite the station this does not mean it is close to centre. Quiet area for food but there is an excellent vietnamese restaurant around the corner, recommended

Carpets are smelly and old and need replacing. The pool area need a bit more servicing and updating. It’s ready for an update

The Night Staff was very supportive, although we arrived at night but he gave good advice about the booking and gave us the big room. Overall room is good and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast option is also good.

I could not find the way to light up the next to bed lamps and some other lighting. Could not get hot air by the aircontitioning either.

Thelocation is perfect and from there you can go to the most places in the city. Car rental near. Food and shops close.

Very good place, responsive staff. Nice atmosphere inside and clean comfortable room. The hotel has a bar and restaurant. There is also a paid garage where you can leave your car in safety.

The beds are very soft and fluffy, not really what we like. It is also very warm in the rooms, but that was quickly fixed with an open window.

The location of the hotel was great, and easy to reach. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. There is a dedicated smoking area just in front of the hotel, which is also covered which was great.

I had planned to eat at the hotel on one evening but there were private functions in both restaurants and the bar. This meant that other guests were excluded from the very facilities one would expect to be available. The management should consider all their guests.

Excellent breakfast with lots of choice. Nice pool. Comfortable if rather dated rooms. Excellent proximity to the main station and a short walk to the town centre.

There was only one problem in the room: too little light in the evening and in the morning. That's the only thing i did't enjoy.

I enjoyed the stay very much. I appreciate the staff can speak English quite well. The members of the staff were very kind.

I can't think of a thing!

The breakfast in this hotel is nothing less than superb!!! My room has always beens spotless, spatious, quiet and comfortable. Everything here is just excelllent.
