The room was just under the roof, so the ceiling was a little bit close to the bed in one area of the room.

We asked if an early check in would be possible and the hotel said no although it was empty. We didn’t see any other guests during our stay and the hotel isn’t small so I’m sure they could’ve checked us in earlier .

However, there were a few drawbacks. The single room lacked a desk, which would have been a useful addition. Another issue was the reception being closed from 11 PM to 6 AM, leaving no staff available in case of emergencies, which made me somewhat uneasy. The bed was comfortable, but the pillow was not firm enough for my liking. Additionally, there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room, which I would have expected. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was positive, and I would consider staying here again, particularly if they added a desk and chair to the room.

I recently stayed at here for one night as a stopover due to an early morning flight. The location is excellent, being within walking distance from Memmingen's train station, which was very convenient. I was pleased with the service as the hotel arranged a taxi for the airport for me at no additional cost, and it arrived punctually in the early hours. The single room was comfortable with a well-functioning AC, and the staff at reception were friendly and accommodating. I particularly appreciated their recommendation to dine at a sister hotel across town, where I enjoyed a delicious meal. The price of 79 euros for one night was reasonable, considering the quality of the stay.

The curtains were too small to cover the windows completely from the side and also too short to cover the bottom of the window which resulted in too less darkness for a good sleep. Also the doors slam by default and every time someone leaves his room I can hear it because the walls are thin. The breakfast only offers completely boiled eggs and no scrambled eggs or fried eggs. So you wake up at 7 AM from the daylight and then you cant sleep again because every 5 minutes someone slams the door.

There is a very weak pressure in the shower, the water temperature constantly jumps into boiling water or into cold water, it constantly needs to be adjusted. The beds themselves are comfortable, but the blankets and pillows are just disgusting. The blankets are catastrophically small (at my height of 177 cm, I could only cover myself from my ankles to the middle of my chest), and the pillows look like some kind of crumpled rag in the pillowcases. At the same time, the room is a little cool at night in winter. The sound insulation is mediocre - all the noise can be heard from the street. Lifeless wifi. Maybe, all this could be small things, but not for this money. Because the price is unreasonably high (applicable to the whole of Memmingen, where accommodation is much more expensive than other neighboring cities - in the same Munich, a comparable room costs almost twice cheaper). In addition, there were some problems with paying by card (we tried cards from several banks, while in other hotels there were no such problems during the entire month-long trip), it was the only time we had to pay in cash.

The hotel is located in a historic building in the heart of the old town. Polite and friendly staff. Neat rooms. Possibility to leave luggage for storage after check-out.

If you book a room with a double bed, the mattress is separated and you get two super small sheets. The breakfast is pretty boring and is the exact same every single morning. The breakfast costs 9 euros per person per morning and bread, salami and cheese. Also the room doesn't have a kettle to prepare tea and my girlfriend was feeling bad and wanted a nice hot tea, but they don't serve hot drinks anymore in the evening, which is super weird because the machine is just standing there (it was around 9 PM). OUR CAR GOT TOWED AWAY FROM THE PARKING RIGHT NEXT TO THE HOTEL -> Make sure to double check if there isn't a little market on parking the next day. They start by setting it up at 3am and we felt like the hotel itself could make it a bit more clear that you can't park there since they know the parking is used a lot by visitors.

The hotel was cute and nice, the room and the bathroom had good space and they were super clean! The location was excellent with some nice restaurants close by (Mekong).

There was no refrigerator in the room. Istead of one king size bed, I got a "twin-stitched" bed(s). I had to pay for the entire period at check-in.

The pillows were a mess, just a bunch of fluffs unevenly spread and doughy, and in a way less amount than the pillow case requires. There were no ventilation in the room, only AC. So the only source of fresh air were the window, and the street is quite noisy and there is no option to open the window just slightly to let the air go.

Great location, very clean, nice staff, okay interior. In general it was okay value for money.
