The rooms were great, felt the concrete walls were a bit oppressive in the rooms.

The location was amazing. Absolutely loved the decor, very clever. Bar staff were really nice too.

Excellent location, very convenient with market right next door. Shops and restaurants across the street and along the street . Great location and great trendy boutique hotel for sure. Very close to the Cathedral and old town.

In our room there was very little space between the bed and the TV cabinet so I kept bumping into the corner of the bed and hurting myself. Perhaps they can cover the corners with something to prevent it from being so sharp

The sink is in the room, which might not be everyone’s cup of tea and the shower gels where more men smells in my opinion, something fruity or flowery would have been nice, not just kind of forestry smells (this is only feedback, not sth that has to be changed)

Cashless. The bar looked amazing, but we didn't have a drink. I don't support no option to pay cash, and I don't understand why businesses are pushing this dystopia. I see many businesses have reversed this policy as they're losing too much money. Hopefully, Ruby Ella follows suit as I'd love to return and have a drink someday.

When walking barefoot in my room I felt the floor was slightly dusty. I normally travel with my flip-flops but this time I forgot them. I'm sure the cleanliness of the floor could be improved. Other than that, it was spotless. During breakfast, there were not many options for warm food like scrambled eggs, sausages, or omelets. And I was not able to use the parking or the charging stations. It was full when I arrived but yeah...it was a weekend so I guess the hotel was full.

Delicious breakfast but a bit pricy. Delicious bread, in Germany never disappoints. They have amazing original cocktails and the personnel was really kind and attentive to my needs.

Booked this stay a couple of hours before we arrived whilst travelling through Europe. Had no experience of the Ruby chain of hotels prior and thought for £80 it was superb value. Wow! What a deal we got. The hotel is immaculate, very quirky and charming design elements. We were most impressed with the parking facilities (there’s not much details on booking.com) it’s a huge underground garage with ample parking and completely secure. We were travelling with a Tesla Model Y and some European parking is a bit tight for big vehicles we had no worries here! Rooms are immaculate with nice design features. It’s in a great central location close to coffee shops, supermarkets bars and restaurants. Rooms are ample for a short stay with modern design features. Bathroom products are gorgeous and smell amazing. Far cheaper and better than most budget hotels in the U.K.

Breakfast was a little underwhelming, not an option for toast, limited options. Our breakfast was included but i imagine €20 per person for breakfast was have made some seriously disappointmed customers. The room didn't have tea and coffee making facilities in the room, although there was communal area with a hot tap for tea. Room didn't have a minibar, I don't think there was an option for room service. Our safe wasn't working, but it wasn't a massive issue that was bothered mentioning to staff (I imagine they would have been really accommodating to the issue).

Option to bypass cleaning for two nights in exchange for two free cocktails worth €25. The room was spacious and comfy and modern. Staff were friendly, cool, and gracious without being overbearing. The location was amazing and next door to a supermarket and tram station. Bar and lounge was amazingly decorated with a 70s modern twist feel and a local musical artist performed on our first night. Our floor had a communal area for tea and coffee and a vending machine with snacks and essential things like toothbrushes etc. Although the hotel is next to clubs, it is away from the main road via a courtyard, and noise pollution was non-existent. TV in the room played olympics, which was great to watch for a chilled evening with a bottle of wine. I had a crutch, and it was really spacious and accessible.

We were hoping our Wow room would be a bit more wow. It just wasn't. It was cold-looking, clinical and impractical. We only stayed one night so we managed. The shower is in the same wet room as the toilet so the floor is permanently wet as was the toilet. So if you used the toilet in the night you got wet feet as the tiny bath mat was useless. as the whole floor was wet. If you used the loo, the sink was out of the toilet room so you had to go back out to wash your hands before going into the shower for example. There were no hooks in the shower room and very little space by the sink to put anything so it all became a bit of a juggling act which was just annoying and far from luxurious or a treat.

The location was great, the car park very convenient and breakfast was good.

Central location and excellent equipped room, very quite and clean. Parking in front of the hotel. A lot of options in walking distance. Friendly staff and advanced check-in and check-out procedures.

Very modern, clean and comfortable hotel. The staff was very kind and helpful. I even forgot my jewels when leaving and the hotel collaborated in shipping them to me. The location is close to city landmarks and city transport.
