United KingdomThe only thing would be certain aspects of the room. There wasn’t much space to walk around the bottom of the bed and due to the sharp corner of the bed I did scratch my leg a few times on this. Also the shower didn’t drain very well when using the waterfall shower head - it actually flooded the rest of our room and someone had to come up to clear the water. This was done with about 10 towels rather than just a mop and bucket which we found a bit odd. Other than that, no issues.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Happy to speak English or understand my muddled German 😂 Had the option of going “green” and swapping our room clean for a free drink, cocktails were included in this which was great. Room was nicely decorated, we found it to be the perfect temperature. Well supplied with soap/shower gels/shampoo and conditioner and plenty of sockets, even a wireless charger on one side of the bed. Great light up mirror for getting ready as well as a full length one at the door. Downstairs in the hotel bar was lovely, great atmosphere and lots of comfy areas to sit. Great location, right up the road from the Friesenstraße tube station which has good links to lots of other places in the city.

SwedenCleaning, stayed seven nights and my room was just twice cleaned and changed towels. Second time not even properly cleaned. Dust can be seen also in several places in the room.

United KingdomI must have been missing a trick with the shower, because no matter what I did I couldn't stop it from spilling out over the bathroom floor.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped; and if there's anything else you need it's easy enough to find either in the galley, or by talking to a member of staff. Location is great - close enough to the city centre to go wherever you'd like on foot, and far back enough from the road that the room is quiet at night. The staff were absolutely incredible - whether it was because I needed something from them, wanted recommendations for places to go or restaurants to visit, and even when I just wanted to get some practice speaking German, everyone was lovely.

United KingdomPersonal preference I would of like a mini fridge in the room, to keep drinks and snacks we purchased from outside of the hotel cold. The space between the bed frame and counter top could be bigger as when walking past we always banged our legs on the sharp bed corner.
The hotel was in a great location to shops, cafes, restaurants and the tram. The rooms were quiet. All of the facilities were amazing, the room was stunning. The bed was comfortable. There was a well lite mirror above the sink which was handy for getting ready whilst my partner was showering. Nice added touch with a full length mirror on the back of the door, a lot of hotels don’t include a full length mirror. Lots of storage. The hotel lobby has a lovely atmosphere for the evening for a couple of cocktails. The galley on each floor with the coffee, vending machine, iron and ironing board was brilliant, u I had never seen at a hotel before. Parking at the hotel wasn’t available however we parked across the road, which was easy to find and cheap.

Liked the option not to have our room cleaned every day, voucher to use at the bar when we chose this option was an added bonus 👍. Location of hotel great for exploring Cologne.

United KingdomThe check in process was the worst thing ive ever come across. Fine if there is one person but if there is more than one room to check-in for it's unnecessarily long. It took me 40 mins to manually check in for 5 rooms. The staff were nice but a little clueless. I also pre paid for breakfast for 2 rooms and they "couldn't find" our payment and tried to make us pay again. Just all seems chaotic and disorganised.. Need a better group check in process and to train the staff to enable them to use the booking system more efficiently.
