Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast expensive (24€). parking expensive, also for the guests of the hotel (they get 25% discount on the top).
Perfect position to visit and explore the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Modern and clean rooms. Friendly staff.

The rooms while small limited any space to place belongings and any counter space was taken by large lamps or decorative speakers

The shower was really nice but started leaking through the hinge on the door. Milk and cups for teas on second floor didn’t get stocked up. Breakfast was good but didn’t meet the €20 each expectation.
It was a very cleanly room, staff were excellent and very welcoming, location was perfect.

The friendly staff was really amazing and the breakfast was ticked all the boxes for me. A little different than what you normally find. The bar and drinks were great as well. Extremely good value for money! Overall an absolutely fantastic experience!

Pillows were a little bit big, can be more convenient.

There was nothing I didn't like during my stay; everything exceeded my expectations.
I thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed room, the excellent service from the staff, and the vibrant atmosphere of the hotel’s bar. The amenities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the entire property was impressive.

Well, pillows are somewhat dense to my taste, but that's a minor thing.
It was a very comfortable stay, with great amenities and quiet rooms. The personnel in the bar (=reception) is very friendly and easygoing. One can't enjoy the hotel to the full extent without at least a during at the bar.

Room layout is a bit strange as it is one long corridor. The shower door is opening into the room which means you're always bringing a puddle into the room after a shower. We were there during warm weather, the AC or room ventilation didn't really do much.
Cool design and very simple and easy check-in process. The hotel has a spacious lobby and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. The room is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable.

In the afternoon it seemed like there was not enough staff while people were checking in and checking out. I have waited for 7-8min at the bar and I could not give my order as it was so busy. Anyways, amazing hotel and we would go back there again.

Very well located and close to the centre, but was very quiet for sleeping as well Staff were fantastic We were offered the chance to swap a clean for a free drink in the bar downstairs which was lovely for us, as the bar was very cosy

eVerything was great .Simone at the reception helped us a ot .At first we dıd not lıke our room and the airconditioner was also not workıng but Simone helped us and changed our room . And the personel Ewa D , Nikki George and Pascal helped us a lot .Ich danke Ihnen sehr :) I will also make a good comment on Google . Black hallways with spotlights make it difficult to see well, plus the hallways meandered before I got to my room
