The parking lot was not available so we had to park down the street. Also the check in with a tablet was not so nice to do when just arriving for vacation. It would be better to have staff check you in.

Breakfast was okay. Not amazing but not terrible. A little expensive for toast and meat and cheese. It would be nice with the option for fresh eggs or coffee service to the table or salmon, etc.

There is a fragrance in the air around the building which was a little overwhelming - it would have been super helpful to have a fridge too and I was surprised there wasn’t one

the bathroom. it’s almost as big as the bedroom part and after each shower the whole bathroom floor is wet.

Super small rooms and bathroom soaking wet after a shower. No stopping the water entering the room or other parts of the bathroom. Bed was super small and the outdoor traffic noise was constantly present

Great floor to ceiling windows. Super sleek, modern, fun, interesting and good location.

Has communal tea/coffee facilities (“galleys”)and iron for each floor rather than kettle in room. This is an interesting idea and probably works better (more space to iron and no weak kettles to contend with) but the boiling water tap in the galley on level 4 didn’t work when we were there which was irritating. Also the bathrooms are a glass box in the corner of the room rather than a separate room. The sink is in the main room which feels untidy. All trade offs worth it for the breakfast and the staff though

Location, staff and breakfast all first rate. These three factors would be enough for me to come back. Comfortable bed, nice toiletries, nice window seat in the room, windows open and good aircon. Main bar and rooftop bar both really nice to sit in.

Very comfortable bed and all supplies you need are in the bathroom. Easy connection to the Olympia Park and main train station.

All interactions for check-in etc where through the bar. When they were busy it was a long wait. They were nice and helpful but seemed understaffed at times.

The room was very clean but very small. Themed decor which was interesting.

Breakfast is too expensive, we went to a café not too far away.

Nice and functional hotel, not far from the train station and the city centre. We specially liked the rooftop terrace. Check in and check out was very fast and easy. Room was clean and nice.

Miserable kitchen supplies, there no more than 12 paper cups and creamers for the entire 6th floor, also no drinking water.

All staff were great. Room was clean and comfortable, The Staff and location were great.

There were cracking noises in my room on the top floor. Not sure if it was the structure or the window but so strong it woke me up in the morning.

The parking is a bit nightmarish for bigger vehicles. But all in all, you will definitely need a parking for that area. The room is quite small. It wasn't a necessarily problem but rates we quite high for a room that small.

The 'Suite' on the 7th has amazing views! The staff downstairs is super, uber friendly. The room is quite cozy.

I didn't like the check in process much. You have to fill in your details on a little iPad. I didn't get breakfast but I thought that It was included and there was nothing in the check in process to indicate either way. I got grabbed in the morning and made to pay EUR24 for a coffee and a bowl of cereal. Seemed both avoidable and a bit mean given that I was paying absolutely top rate. It is not clear whether the breakfast info problem was due to Bookings or due to Ruby Lilly but either way it wasn't pleasant to be nabbed for not paying in front of other guests.

the room was small and the bathroom in the room is not really what we like; the perfume in the air is horrible, it is everywhere. What would they cover up with that perfume? The room was not clean and everything is in English, nice hotel, but it is in Germany no respect.

Free guitars and amplifier to use in the room. Room had a nice design with large windows. Room was quiet. Bar was opened from morning till the evening which was nice.

The lobby/breakfast room was thoroughly cleaned right after breakfast - which is good - but there was no place to sit and meet people due to the lengthy, noisy, many times paused procedure and dispersed activities in all parts of the ground floor. Basically the whole area was "off limits" for 3 hours (I tried several times).

As usual with "Ruby Hotels" I liked the design, the cleanliness of the room and the efficient check in/out procedure. I also highly recommend the Persian and Afghani restaurants within 3 mins of the hotel - excellent food, friendly staff and kitchen till late.

Rooms were terribly small and impractical. Amenities were poor and service has a hostel feeling. Cleanliness could be better. Answer by hotel after my review was, that we had to buy more spacious room. We bought basic room in **** hotel, there exist some standards for this. When I was 17, I stayed in formula hotel, where room was bigger.
