United KingdomStaff barely interact with guests, you have to sign in on some tablet. So it's not easy to ask them about things or get more information. Also, a light fitment fell from the ceiling and hit me in the face while I was asleep. No damage done but still not a good way to wake up. I guess it was a rare accident though...

NetherlandsThe only thing I did not like was that the 'desk' in my room was so narrow; it was not very comfortable to work at. The glass shower door may not be convenient if you're sharing the room (depends on who you are sharing with I guess :-) ).
This is a great hotel. Super friendly staff, great bed, fantastic breakfast (try the bananabread!) and in a great location, close to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) as well as the U-bahn but without the hassle of the inner city. There are nice restaurants around and a fabulous ice cream shop. Would definitely stay here again if I get the chance to visit Munich again!

Austriasanitary appliances are NOT covered up enough, so you can almost see through the glass wall and watch your roommate while showering or using the rest room. Moreover, the rest room door is the same as any usual bathroom glass door.

United KingdomThe "lean luxury" concept doesn't work at all. There is no telephone in the room, no fridge, no minibar, no waste paper basket, no room service and no chair apart from a massively uncomfortable iron stool. The desk is so narrow you can barely put a laptop on it. My internet and TV didn't work, and I had to keep going down to reception as there was no phone. Given the failure of the facilities, I was disappointed not to be offered any form of discount on my bill when I checked out after four nights, particularly as this is my third stay there. It will also definitely be my last. I keep forgetting between stays how much this hotel's failings annoy me, and this time was worse than before.
The staff are great, the breakfast is good and the location suits my needs perfectly.

South AfricaNo room service received one day and still they did not even change or wash the glasses used in the room, we had to inform reception they did not clean our room so we got fresh towels for the evening and voucher for free drinks. Cosy room very very small, and we got the wheel chair room. No space to put luggage or even bathroom bag. Do not get fresh bottled water, you have to buy.

South AfricaThe rooms are too small for travellers staying over with large luggage The hotel is positioned more towards a one night stay over or business travel . No space for your bags or to u pack for two traveler’s But the concept of the hotel is great I enjoyed the stay but the rooms impacted on the full value of the stay The reviews I read did indicate the rooms were small but I didn’t expect it to be that small
The location was great It’s near trains and trams . You were close to the city centre and the Oktoberfest. The bar and roof area were well designed and staff were helpful The breakfast was well planned and healthy options
