The cosy room was very cosy. Ideal for us but people with reduced mobility might struggle to squeeze around the bed / past the TV. Having the toilet/shower in the room separated only by glass walls and a curtain (i.e. not in a separate en suite room) is probably fine if you are with a partner but will not be suitable for everyone. We would have liked to have had a traditional German breakfast but it didn't look like a very big buffet so we couldn't justify the price, which we thought was quite high for breakfast. The bar was lovely though and had a great atmosphere. We appreciated the free tea and coffee but would have preferred the option of regular black tea and milk or filter / pod coffee rather than flavoured tea and instant coffee.

Loved the hotel - great location - very near the main station and a REWE supermarket. Close to the main hop on/hop off bus tour stop. Also on the same side of the station as the old town, which was very handy at night as the station is huge! The styling of the hotel was fabulous and the staff were lovely. We really liked the hotel - the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable!

I didn't love the layout of the room in terms of the Sink being in the main room and away from the shower and toilet. A small issue though really.

The Breakfast was heavy on fruit, Yoghurt and muesli with lots of topping. There was both coffee ready to go or a table order service and a good choice of breads and spreads. Not much in the way of hot food - boiled egg or Weisswurst but no matter. The hotel has a good bar (where breakfast is served) and an auto check-in and out service. Beds were comfortable as was the temperature. The location is pretty good and a close walk to many of Munich's attractions.

-the location was super comfortable, walking distance to all kinds of public transport, even the old town. -the reception was original, the design was great! -the check in procedure was easy and you can complete it without even speaking to anyone. The check out procedure was also very easy.

You couldn’t close the curtains all the way, so there was a lot of light during the night.

Next time I stay I will ask for a courtyard view as it was a little noisy. Appreciate its a City center hotel but found the excessive noise annoying, especially when they empty the bins at 5.30am.

Very quirky and interesting hotel, bar area was great, staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and very clean, shower was just amazing. Hotel location was perfect, next to underground and main train station.

The tea and coffee facilities were a bit strange as they were communal but it worked once we found them. Self check-in wasn’t as efficient as it should be.

I liked the feel of the place. Rooms were comfortable, the shower was superb. Loved the extra touches with the speakers in the room. Easy stroll from the train station and city centre was an easy walk away. We went for the Christmas Markets so it was ideal.

They didn’t even entertain our request to have 2 rooms near each other… it was a straight up ‘no’. No fridge in the room was also a bit of a bummer.

Beds were so much better than others we have experienced around Europe. Really cool hotel with a great bar. And loved the coffee for breakfast.

Not a big problem for us - but toilet and room are only “separated” by a thin frothy glass door so all body noises are audible in room, so if you need privacy it could be an issue. Otherwise we had no issues !!

Excellent location. Walking distance to Marienplatz snd city attractions. Hotel was clean and facilities modern. Room was small but comfortable, clean, quiet and modern. Big shoutout to reception staff who made a slightly earlier check in possible, much appreciated after a long flight.
