The room we have is a bit noisy. We can hear the truck loading and unloading nosie in the morning.

We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. The location is close to the main train station and to city center in downtown. The receptionists are very nice and helpful.

no kettle in the room, which would have been nice, but wasn't a big problem, but the water in the mini kitchen was only luke warm :-(

The self checking is quiet extensive ( to be fair I don't know about what's required by law in Germany this days ), I guess the trick is your customers do all the leg work and you charge them for it ...... for some reason I assumed the breakfast is included and the ended up paying over $ 35,00 for one coffee , 2 slices of ham , 2 of cheese and one tiny gherkin , no bread or jam or anything else consumed defiantly a record

The check in errors, had a very embarrassing situation checking in and the hotel is located on the tram line, so, taxis cannot park on the hotel side of the road which is really a problem for anyone with large luggage.

I don’t like the attitude of the check in staff. Although we were supposed to wait for official check in at 3pm, we arrived at 11am. We waited till 2pm. Only when we enquired then she called to check on rooms availability. It doesn’t take 3 hours for any rooms to be cleaned after guests have checked out. We were the only 2 waiting for a room as the rest have left their luggages in the store and were not there.

I like the location. Train access is just right at the door step. When I needed help for the safe, the staff response was immediate.

The bedrooms were very small for what we paid. I have a few bruises on my legs from hitting myself on the end of the bed trying to get from the window to the other side. We liked the idea of a free drink at the bar rather than cleaning the room, but we feel 1x day we could have had the room cleaned and 1 x day missed out (we stayed for 3 nights) the drink in the end wasn't a good deal- a serviced room would have been better.

The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety and lots of healthy food as well as local cuisine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee and hot chocolate and teas were fantastic. Loved the ginger shots! The terrace was also excellent.

Very close to train station which was a bonus. Stayed for Oktoberfest and central location to be near the Oktoberfest grounds as well as old town. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Room was small but thoughtfully designed with everything you need for your stay.

I really liked this hotel. Nice bar area upstairs with outdoor seating. Nice room, not huge, but fin, and clean and modern. Just a good, inexpensive hotel in a decent area near the train station.

There was no refrigerator in the room. The sink for washing hands is not in the restroom, it was in the living room. There is no circulation or window in the toilets, only in the living room. And the ac is too weak, so if the window is open for circulation, you won't feel cold in the room.

It was very clean, and the room was cozy, and in a good location (if you look for a strip club and a central station). Plus the room is bigger than what is shown in the pictures.

this was one of the coolest places I’ve ever stayed! Perfect location, so much character, and very cool vibes! Loved it!  and there was an amazing Brazilian band playing during brunch-which was also delicious!
