Room was too warm in Aug and we couldn’t adjust the AC. Window blinds are electronic and whilst I’m quite intuitive they took a good while to figure out ! Hairdryer overheats after a few seconds so take your own ! No phone in the room, no products such as cotton pads, tea/coffee or water. Pillows and duvet were low quality and too warm.

I’ve stayed here before and this time we had the loft room which was much more spacious. Bar area is a nice place ti have a drink whilst you’re planning your next move. Showers are good and nice toiletries for the shower etc. Good location for the old town and train station.

The construction. It starts at 7am everyday. Not great if you are looking to sleep in on your holiday. The construction is both in the building and outside on the street.

The design of the hotel is lovely. The bar and terrace are great. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need during your stay. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Excellent location for quick access to the train station and a short walk to the Old Town.

Although Munich is a good sized city, parking was troublesome to get to and it took me a good 45 minutes to find a well placed parking spot. Maybe recommend a spot for drivers to park while there!

The desk was a bit small but it’s a really minor issue.

The room was so clean with nice interior design. It also has enough power points as well as USB charging ports on the wall. TV has a Chrome cast attached so it was so convenient to use my phone and laptop to broadcast movie or music to the TV. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was so good that it takes about only 2 minutes to get a public transport, bank, pharmacy and supermarket.

The original booking was made for Ruby Rosi hotel in a Loft room, however this was changed 2 weeks before we arrived, to a “Lovely” room at Ruby Lilly. Despite the hotel being further away from Munich centre, and the room being considerably smaller, the hotel administration have insisted that this was an upgrade. If I attempt to book the Loft room in the Rosi for one night in July, the price is approximately £35 more expensive than one night in the Lovely room at the Lilly. I can appreciate that circumstances can change but I refuse to accept that this was in anyway advantageous to me. I await your further comments and response before I post any further reviews

The area of Munich it is in was not great. No food available at the hotel, apart from three options, this was not specified on check in as it is remote.

Location very close to underground and central station, so if you are travelling around Germany this is perfect location. Rooms Clean and fresh.
