We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Very friendly receptionist and central location within Oberstdorf & close to train station. The room was big for single person, and had good bright window for an enjoyable stay. Breakfast was very nice.

United KingdomNo lift so if you are on a higher floor be prepared for lots of steps, with luggage, We booked 2 rooms, whilst both had balconies , the open balcony was so much nicer, the enclosed balcony on one room had a sloping floor and didn't feel safe - I'm sure it was OK but we didn't use it. Bathrooms are very small but adequate.
Beautiful hotel. Right in the center of Oberstdorf. Rooms very clean and modern. Toiletries and hairdryer available. Breakfast was very nice and the lady in the restaurant was so welcoming. We arrived after 4pm due to a long motorcycle journey but had clear instructions on how to find the keys etc. Very close to everything, shops , restaurants and bars. The town is just stunning. Parking at the back of the hotel was very good and secure.

GermanyI stayed at Sascha's Kachelofen for skiing. Everything was perfect! A variety of breakfast, lovely decoration, tidiness, and large space of the room, location of the hotel, staff...!
