Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A very nice hotel very close to the center, with very friendly staff. Nice, clean room with great facilities. Very good breakfast, and the view from the restaurant window is amazing.

Was surprised with the room size ! as I am first timer in this hotel . however may be because of the Good thing above I might come back again. :)
very friendly and helpful Frontdesk. Sorry taht I have not asked her name , but she was genuinly Having a happy similing Friendly nature to greet and assisit the guests. even late in the night when she was serving the drinks in the bar she was equally happy and friendly. Matters a lot. She was not having a fake Artifical Smile on her face. very professioanal very Polite and absolutely got me impressed first time I interacted with her.

Hotel starting to look a bit outdated. Our wing was not internally connected to the breakfast room, no problem this time but could be unpleasant in bad weather.

My room was very small… so was the bed. As such not a major issue, but the price was way too high for this. Soundproofing is not good. You hear everything in the corridors and from the rooms around you.
Overall very clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast.

Modern design, terrace with spectacular view, well equipped, tub, nice baby cot. Good restaurant and absolutely delicious and rich breakfast. Comfortable parking. Located in charming neighborhood.

The staff was excellent. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel also had an excellent restaurant next to it.

There was a small problem with the shower functioning, but everything was alright in the end.
Second stay here, and enjoyed it just as much. It is a beautiful hotel right in the town center, with a gorgeous view from the window. The room was very nice and spacious. Very friendly and professional staff. Delicious breakfast with a lot of options to choose from.

Nothing really, I only stayed the one night for a business trip and everything met or exceeded my expectaions. If I was being really picky, maybe the signage for car parking could be more obvious, but that is a really very small thing.
The hotel was nicely located near the centre of the town, and very comfortable. The staff were really nice, welcoming and helpful. There was a good selection of food and drink for breakfast which was well prepaerd and very tasty.

Best was that there was free parking on the site and excellent AC. It was in a nice quiet neighborhood and no street noise. Also there was hotel staff available 24 hours at front desk this was super.
