Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The staff were friendly, and the location of the hotel was quite good. The tram stop in front made it convenient to get to the city center. However, the soundproofing wasn’t very good, which was uncomfortable.

At night you can hear the tram, the smell from the restaurant penetrates into the room even through three floors

If you travel by car, it is difficult to find a parking place which is the only issue with this hotel.
Every thing in this hotel was good with this price. Clean, new furnitures, well arranged and nice staff.

The beds were quite hard . Pillows were flat.
The family room was the perfect size for our family of 4. It was warm and had everything we needed for a three night visit to the Christmas markets. The tram stop to the centre is literally right outside the door!

This was no problem for us but it would be good to clearly mention in the description that the lift does not go all the way to the apartments. The bathroom battery was very dusty and there where no hooks for towels, also there was no shower curtain for the bathtub. It would be good to have a mirror also outside the bathroom.
Very nice and spacious apartment with a balcony and a bathtub and a shower. An equipped kitchen and everything needed for cooking. It was even better than I expected. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. Easy connection by tram to the city centre. Nice restaurants and bars nearby.

No bidet in toilet, bed was missing mattress protector, a bit noisy room because tram traffic.
Clean nice room, good shower, close to river, good restaurants near, tram line close. Breakfast was better than good.

I got a single room, with a small single bed and a small desk. The frequent noise of the tram sometimes makes it difficult to concentrate and sleep well.
Not a bad location, near a tram stop, 600 meters from a bus stop. Excellent breakfast, large selection of menu. There is a good restaurant below the hotel. It takes around 30-35 minutes to get from hotel to Messe Dusseldorf by bus.

Light from the street shone into the room as there was only netting curtain.

There was no air conditioning, but still not a big issue, bigger problem was the internet connection which is very slow, but hopefully thanks to the reception guy I got access in the lounge to a better internet, big thanks. And please put a smile on your faces, it will make a lot of difference!
Best place I have stayed in a while! The room was soundproof, very quiet, and good quality breakfast with lots of honey ! I do recommend and for sure I will stay again if I have the chance.

even if you dont need that but there is no aircondition.
There is a tram station near the hotel, It takes 10 mins to get in downtown. breakfast is so nice and tasty. price is so competitive and breakfast is included in the price.
