Some staff seemed moody at times. We arrived back at the hotel one evening after 10pm, when there is no staff in the front desk anymore. Our key didn’t work and it took an hour for someone to arrive to fix the problem.

So clean room, the hotelnwas small and very basic but sooo quiet and in a nive area! Less than a km to shopping streets and Xmas markets. Very polite staff as well. Bakery vouchers were nice!

Good location. Bakery breakfast was great. Staff were helpful we had an issue with the shower door and it was fixed the same day.

Elevator is not available until the last floor, we had to take stairs with heavy luggage. Not so good specially for older people or with any health issues.

Location is pretty good. Close to the october fest location, so good option for those traveling with this purpose.

The price of the parking - 25 euros per day is a bit high.

The location is great - just a minute of walk to the metro station and very close to the Marienplatz (1km or so…). The underground parking.

lots of people already mentioned it but there are 2 mingas hotel (2 away minutes from each other) and when you show up to the adress from booking, reception will tell you to go to the other minga. good staff except for one guy who wasn't helpful at all when i asked for information

really great locations, lots of cafés and restaurants nearby safe neighborhood in the evening receieved an upgrade when i arrived

Room was small but on par for a European budget hotel. The desk closes at night and my key card did not work. There is a machine by the front door that can issue another but luckily I didn't need to use it because my travel companion's stilled worked.

Location is about a 15-20 minute walk from the train station. I's on a main street with some cafes and shops and a park across the street. Not sure what normal prices are but for Oktoberfest price was decent. They have a bar but I did not take advantage. A cafe directly next door. Wifi worked fine.

I wish there was a safe in the room and not a fan of rain head shower. Uber or Bolt avoid the area due to heavy traffic during Oktoberfest

Great location to walk to Oktoberfest or Marienplatz or the train station (1 km either way approximately) It was clean and modern.

Small single room with no kettle or coffee/tea facilities 5euro voucher to buy breakfast from the bakery next door is a good idea but would suggest a higher value

Having been blocked from entering at night, we went to myminga4 where there was no receptionist, but an employee, probably a manager, who was helpful, yet quite hostile and supercilious.

At myminga13, I have received a confirmation for a standard twin room with a defined entrance as well (myminga13). Despite not knowing anything about myminga14, when we returned to the hotel late in the evening, we found out that we could not enter through the way we checked in. All of a sudden it occurred to us that we are accommodated at MyMinga14 and the entry point is completely different. This is a very inconvenient situation.

The cleaning, there was a table by my bed with traces of someone else's blood on it.

The staff was great. They turned on the heating because it was very cold. The managers at the reception are the best.
