We booked 3 rooms but one of the room’s bathroom is old they have to renew it.

The hotel is very close to train station and to shopping streets. People who works for the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

Shower curtain is not comfortable while taking a shower. Bed can be more comfortable.

Location is perfect just 2-3 minutes walk to the center. Room was quiet. Price performance is ok. Wifi is very good on the 5th floor. Shower (water cannon) is good.

The lift broke on the first day we arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't fixed till the day we left something that made it very difficult especially with old people carrying down their luggage's. From what we heard it was a matter of dispute with old owners and new owners who to fix so nobody was taking care of the problem. despite the fact that they promised somebody to help us bring down our luggage's from the 3rd floor nobody came .If i knew that we wouldnt have a lift i would book in another place . it was really tiring

everything was really nice . They had a nice breakfast , staff was friendly especially Ioannis who introduce us a really great restaurant near by which was the best food we had in our holidays

The receptionist was not very friendly, just average. The bathroom has a funny smell, though it looked clean overall.

The bed was good. For an overnight stay it's an ok place, very close to the train station.

bathroom was small and the shower cabin was very tight fitting with a curtain. it was ok for regular sized people, but uncomfortable for larger ones

The bath was clogged by the previous guest so I couldn't use the shower. I had a packed schedule so couldn't approach staff to rectify the issue. A kettle should be provided with each room given the price.

There was only one kind of liquid soap for hands, hair and body. The towels are a little bit stiff. The elevator was in and out of service during our whole stay. Fortunately, it was working the moments we took our suitcases up and the time we brought them back down.they were not very cooperative about splitting a double bed into two separate beds.

bad point of the location might be connected to our room. the window was looking right at the busy street and since it was rainy the busy traffic was extremely noisy + all the night there was a very loud music from some rave club nearby making it impossible to sleep even with a closed window, and heat and humidity made us suffer through the night. There was a fan but since the room was too small it was hard to set it up not blowing directly on the bed which i didnt want to do, as we got quite wet beforehand and i didnt want to get sick. so my recommendation, ask for the room that doesn’t look onto the busy street

the hotel is dog friendly, the stuff was very nice and friendly, accessibility of the hotel is very easy, the location has a good and a bad point. good that it is super close to the Bahnhof which makes it perfect to stay overnight between your trains
