We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was tasty, but a bit expensive, considering the limited selection of food. The furnishings were a bit worn, including slightly ripped curtains. No other complaints, excellent value.
Very nice and clean rooms, cosy and quiet location near public transport and airport shuttle stops. Hassle free check in and check out. Comfortable beds, helpful staff.

Hotel communication. I chose this hotel because it advertised that it has parking for guests. On website no mention that it is on additional 20+ Eur per day. Than I booked, I asked about parking for the car with roof rack. I receive no response. Then we arrived we noticed that parking is in the garage (with max 2 meter high) and for additional cost. Also I was disappointed regarding kitchenette (no any equipment, plates, cups, glasses; only microwave and electric kettle. Very little refrigerator.
Simple average level economic class hotel.

Interior of the rooms looks a bit dated and functional but it was clean and quiet. The main equipment in the gym was broken.

- Rooms are great, breakfast is great, staff is good and supporting - Although this hotel a little out of city, but the surroundings are very beautiful. It is about 15 min walk to the nearest metro station but the walk is pleasant. It's all greenery around the hotel and well maintained park/garden. - We had a good stay there and could travel to the city and other locations easily. - Overall very positive experience and happy to recommend to recommend to others.

Breakfast a bit expensive for families and a bit of walk to train station. Plastic table in the room for Novotel grade hotels, not expected.
Rooms were clean and the staff (Aidan) was very helpful in providing information and helping out with any small requests. Water tap in the room was very convenient for tea and refilling drink bottles. Safe for families to commute late evenings. Not far from the airport which is a real plus .

The room was very big for me, my Mum and my two daughters. The bathroom was clean and the room was cleaned daily. There is also a sink in the room which comes in handy if you have a toddler who still drinks formula.

Setting of family room was not so good compared to other Novotel Hotels. One kid bed could be pulled out from master bed, then it was in the middle of the way. When e.g. going to the bathroom you had to step over your sleeping child. Shampoo, Soap, Tissues were all empty.

Ridiculously expensive breakfast. How can such a reasonably-priced hotel charge 19 EUR per person? Parking might seem tricky at first, but actually it is not. You can easily find a spot in the nearby streets, and it is free between 18:00 and 09:00, and during weekends. And there is an underground garage for 20 EUR per night.
Great value for money, the best price we could get in Munich. We used it for a 1-night stop on our way to Switzerland, and we liked it so much that we booked it again for a stop on our way back.
