Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesNo conference room. Pictures show the pool but it was not working. Bad internet. Receptionists are not available until the afternoon. Impossible to reach them over the phone. I forgot an item in the room and of course, no one responded to their phone numbers. The cleaning lady probably just threw my important item away. I called the manager he responded after one day of calling him and he said he will let me know what happened with the item. He never called back.
Quick check-in. Accommodating our vegan diet, trying to find us a conference room even though they don't have one. Nice view from the rooms. Sauna is available.

RomaniaNo staff and food in the evening. Just quick pizza and such. The bartender did everything so ordering takes a long time and the food service is very very basic. No wonder - The poor guy was not hired as a cook/waiter/bartender/receptionist. The building felt old and the room too. But not good antique old, but … old concrete building… Toilet was moving and overall it wasn’t very clean. Or perhaps it was just the age of things that made them look less clean?
Great breakfast! Very varied and rich.

Worst hotel I have ever dealt with. Please please please do not book here. There are far better options around and much closer to the motorway as well. We’ve clearly selected our arrival time and they knew we are arriving after 1 am. The hotel was literally closed, no one answered the door and the number they had on their door for ‘emergencies ‘ but no one answered. Imagine if you had to go out for a cigarette or a short walk after 8 pm and you forgot your keys in. You would be locked out and not able to go back in the hotel until 6 am!! Its also not safe as there is no one there in case of emergiencies as they close their reception at 8pm and no one answers after that.So if you cant arrive during those hours you are pretty much left outside. Not to mention that they speak 0 english and they message you in german and they were very rude when I explained them the situation. Please Stay away from booking with them. Apart from unprofessional they are extremely greedy, they had the audacity to charge us even after not being able to check in and use the room and had to pay for a room at an alternative hotel.
