Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RomaniaI could not find any ventilation fan at the bathroom. The check-in was made at 15:00 sharp. There was no possibility to do it earlier. No WiFi indication in the room. I did not use it or asked for it as I did not stay in the hotel too much. I stayed one night.
The room was clean and quite big.

Nice, clean and friendly. Although a distance away from the city centre the tram stop is literally just outside the hotel which is ideal. We also found it a very quiet area.

The hotel is so smart in many aspects, there is a bluetooth loudspeaker where you can enjoy listening your own music. You can get a bonus drink per day if you don’t the hotel will not clean your room. For us it was just two nights and the room was already clean the second day so we got a voucher drink. The breakfast was great, with a vey good value of money. Only 10 Eur per person.

GermanyEven though there were some clothes racks and open shelves, there was no wardrobe, so it can turned out a bit inconvenient for those, who like to hang all their clothes during the stay. The offered action "skip room service and get a free drink" (do some good for the nature) we found a bit weird: we tried it one day and got our drinks, but the bottles turned out "one-way use" (kein Pfand), so "the good" was kind of doubtful...
A nice modern hotel in a silent dormitory area with a park close to it. The city center can be easily reached with a tram. The underground parking is not free, but worth taking: many parking places, well-organized. The breakfast for 3 stars hotel was very good: a standard cold set + 2-3 hot meals and they even offered loose tea! If some day you don't want to eat outside in the evening, you can order a fast pizza or some other snacks at the reception. The noise isolation in rooms was quite good. Absence of one-time soap and shampoo we also considered as a good thing, at least for the nature (there was refilled soap instead). Our rooms had also tunable air-condition.

RomaniaI requested early check in when I booked the rooms (one day before arriving), unfortunately I didn’t receive any answer from the hotel. I arrived in the reception and the front office manager told me that they can not offer me this service when I was already in the front office (the front office manager did not handle the situation in a professional manner). After he told me that, he left and suddenly I’ve received also the mail. The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are comfortable but the lack of profesionalism transformed my stay in your hotel in a bad experience!

GermanyWe are always missing a fridge and a kettle in the rooms of niu. This is something so cheap that can easily be fixed. Also, the prices of drinks at the reception are ridiculous.
Modern rooms, quite big for a niu and finally an option to open the window for some fresh air. It's also super quiet for anyone who needs to get some rest.

GermanyOur room seems to not have been properly cleaned beforehand. Nothing too dramatic, some staining on the curtains and the bathroom walls, some hair in the shower. Still, not up to par with other hotels we've been staying at lately.
The room is spacious enough, the bed is not bad. The staff we met was efficient and friendly.
