The location is not the best, public transport is a bit far.

Everything is perfect and spotlesly clean. The room is very niceband the hotel has a very nice vibe.

Urine stains on the toilet when I arrived. Showers were around room temperature on the hottest setting. Wifi didn’t work at all for laptops, only phones. Staff extremely limited in their ability to do anything, not Accommodating at all. They tried to overcharge me twice because I booked through booking.com

Everything was great.

Clean, modern, and beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very good. Rooms were cleaned and towels were changed every day. 5 minutes walk to the bus station. Nice staff. You can speak German, English, or Russian at the reception.

Reception staff were miserable and unhelpful Fire alarm went of at 5:45 in the morning - no communication at all during or after the event , no apology received, not even a free drink in the bar that evening as a nice gesture and to add insult to injury we were dished the morning after fire alarm the dry tough cremated unedible sausages and potatoes ( what obviously set off the hotel fire alarm ), i attach pictures as we can't believe ourselves what happen.There was no hello or smile upon returning to the hotel after a day out in berlin , the young girl was either staring at the computer screen or her phone . We wont be returning to this hotel .

Shower flooded room and did not work. Hotel staff didn't care and told me "maybe tomorrow" I had to leave for my flight with no shower. I left a review and was told to contact someone so they could m are it right. Went to desk and was treated even more rudely then the first receptionist. They don't care.

Bathroom was abysmal in terms of smell. It was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. Check out is at 12. Was rushed by the staff to leave beforehand and didn’t like it.

maybe… there is no private parking... but parking can be arranged on any side of the street... for free but !!! your car is safe..vw, Audi , Mercedes , Maserati …there is a dealerships right next to the hotel

Perfect stay! Room is clean, stylish and comfortable, good breakfast, nice and friendly staff. pizza in the lobby was also nice. the location was great for me because of the office location, so I can’t say anything from tourist point of view.

I have never experienced such a terrible attitude. I booked a room through booking.com, I made a mistake with the date. I immediately noticed this and tried to transfer it - everything was busy. I immediately requested a cancellation through the app and called the hotel. They said to wait for an answer. In the evening I wrote to the application - they do not answer. Sent an email. The next day I called, only a robot answers, then a gap. I wrote to the application, but all to no avail. As a result, the money was debited and the service was not provided. Extremely unresponsive, like behind a "wall". I do not recommend anyone to live here, you never know what happens, and do not get through and do not write.

Nothing to dislike. Maybe a small improvement to add a mini fridge in the room.

The apartment was clean and nicely designed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Also, you get a voucher for refusing cleaning with which you can enjoy drinks downstairs. We also tried pizza snacks and they were tasty. They also have a photo device to take a picture! :)
