Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyCheck-in took too long (over 20 minutes) despite 4 employees at the reception desk and only 3 people ahead of me. The rooms are very small.
Lots of restaurants in the area to organise dinners for a group of 7. The beds were comfortable. Parking available on the street in front of the hotel, but I was lucky getting the last spot.

United StatesThe staff seemed rather ambivalent towards their guests, but they did recommend a good place for dinner. The location wasn't really near anything of interest and it was difficult to tell if it was a safe neighborhood, but all in all, it was a good stay.
This modern, updated hotel was nice place to stay while passing through on our trip through Germany. The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good. Free parking in their underground parking garage was especially nice.

Netherlandsour welcome at the reception was not really pleasant. we wanted to check some of the other facilities, however, the staff there was not very eager to explain anything further than the check-in process. It felt rushed and impersonal. We would not return to the hotel.
decent hotel, I like that it was new and clean and we were able to park our car safely in the underground garage. the breakfast was okay, with sufficient options. the view of the room was nice.

United KingdomThe toilet paper holder fell off the wall. I was quite disappointed that the hotel was not able to withdraw the money from my company and I had to pay for the room.
Since I was travelling for work, the location was great. I liked the comfortable and clean rooms. There were a lot of breakfast choices and very nice staff.

SwedenThe room was a little cold and the showers don't have a barrier which leads to wet footmats in bathroom. It's ok but as someone who likes their bathroom less wet/messy, it's the only thing I didn't like. Breakfast was okayish but not felt not worth the price. The pancake machine is slowwwww!
Everything was good, the location is especially nice considering I travel for work and the office is very close. They have cute little pancakes in breakfast!

BelgiumThe people at the reception area seemed to sometime have trouble understanding what i said or asked for in English. They seemed a little disorganized as well. On the day I was supposed to check out, housekeeping just unlocked and opened the door without knocking at 11 (checkout is at 12:00). When i responded from the bathroom they withdrew but i thought that was disrespectful. There was no free water, no kettle, no tea in the room. All you get is 2 empty glasses in the bathroom. There is no shampoo or conditioner but instead they offer a liquid fixed on the wall which claims to be hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner all-in-one. Ridiculous, of course.
The hotel is a new build so i really liked that everything was in good shape and working. Special mention to the fluffy and thick comforter and towels, they are not your thin average hotel linen, they were much better. Mattress was also very comfy, on the firm side. The hotel is conveniently located close to Pragsattel, which is a public transport knot with several metro lines and buses going to city centre. It is in an industrial area, north of the city centre, so nowhere close to shops and restaurants and such which I found to be a letdown. Other perks: you get a free drink if you forgo housekeeping for 2-5 nights. Lobby is very comfy, with plenty chairs and lounges and sofas. There are also a few games you can play while milling around.
