Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

GermanyLocation is not that great - while there are trains to the city center nearby, the immediate surroundings consist of a busy road, a parking lot, a construction site, a factory and a supermarket. Bathroom smelled, Noisy in the morning.
Spacious modern room, stylish furniture, comfy bed, nice lobby and amenities

United KingdomThe pillows were not great, only single pillow on each bed which were very thin and lumpy, like a bag full of cotton balls.
Very modern building with excellent facilities for the money.

SingaporeThe receptionist wrote German language in a paper and ask me to sign on it. As a foreigner, don't expect we can read it/understand it. Asked one of the receptionist the attraction places to visit, she just ask me to refer the map??????

United KingdomThe rooms weren’t super clean and the biggest surprise was that the kitchenette didn’t have anything in it- no kettle, no cups, no cutlery. Absolutely zero. A sign in the room advised that a 50€ deposit was required to get those items. This felt weird and it wasn’t explained in the notes during booking, nor was it during check in. I booked this hotel because the rooms had a kitchenette. A total waste of time as I don’t get to use it due to it being nothing more than a set of bare cupboards! Highly disappointing!
Comfortable rooms. Modern decor. Easy to use and safe parking. Convenient supermarket and bakery across the road- very handy.

IraqThe only thing I did not like was that they did not clean the room and you had to pay extra money if you wanted it to be cleaned, and we already paid 120 euros per night, which was still a lot of money.
The hotel room was super organized and the staff were very respectful. The rooms were very big and had a nice and comfy bed. The location was great and only by 15 minutes walk you could get to the center of Nuremberg.

JapanTheir breakfast was poor, only 2-3 hot food (sausage, scramble egg and boiled egg), so I should say it is a little better than Hampton Inn's breakfast though theirs were complimentary and here costs EUR16.
Clean hotel, good location. REWE supermarket and bakery shops are in front of this hotel. Hotel bar opens 24h. Staff is very nice and friendly.

GermanyIt is not possible to reserve parking lot even for confirmed and prepaid stay, and if the hotel garage is full, finding parking in the surrounding area is difficult.

GermanyThere is no water boiler or coffee machine or it's accessories in the room, but one has to pay a €50.00 caution fee to get them from the reception. There was a microwave in the room but with no plates or boxes. This also requires a €50.00 caution fee.
The room is very clean, comfortable with a big-sized bed provided. They also have very easy online check-in system. A small fridge was available in the room which can be used to keep some cool stuffs. Very good and efficient stuffs at the reception.

PolandBreakfasts were the weakest point of Leo - for 2-3 nights can be survived. We didn't like the lack of any kitchenware like glasses and a kettle (extra paid).
Personel was very kind and helpful. The idea to get a free drink instead of exchange of towels and clening is original and nice. Walking distance to the city center and supermarket just on the opposite side. Underground parking (not very spacious).

NetherlandsWater temperature in the shower fluctuated a bit so it would suddenly be a bit too hot. Also if you want to use a water boiler or cutlery you have to go down to the reception and pay a fifty dollar deposit which seems a bit of an unnecessary annoyance, but these are both very minor inconveniences.
The hotel was really comfortable and clean, especially after a long drive. It's located right at a park and ride, where you can park for free (saves the parking fee) and take subway two stops into the city centre. It's an excellent location if you're travelling through and stopping for a day or two. Breakfast was really nice, although not oriented much towards warm food if that is what you like. Mostly just bread, eggs and yoghurt. Across the street there is also a bakery and supermarket where you can get more food. Really liked this stay!

United KingdomThe TV casting/ wifi had issues while we were there, however, this wasn't really a major issue to us so we did not bother asking for a fix. Breakfast was very expensive so we opted to buy something from the cafe in the supermarket across.
The room looked exactly as in the picture, beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and overall just about everything was very neat. And it was incredibly quiet There was a supermarket right across the building, and the train station was less than a 5 minute walk.
