The reception sent me to a room on the 4th of Feb 2023, and the room wasn't serviced at all. The bed was very untidy. When I let him know, he didn't even apologise, having a disrespectful and unprofessional manner towards me. Never choose them. To make it worse, also the second room that I was given was dirty, as well as there wasn't any handwash liquid in the bathroom. I waste my money.

its too small for the family size . there’s an ancident too right after we enter the room. My wife and my newborn baby is inside the bathroom when suddenly the ceiling block fell off that cause the cover seat break! that is too dangerous !!! My wife also gave the extra decorative pillows and mesh to the housekeeping since we dont need it but the premises charge us for both seat cover and the pillows. this is embarrassing how greedy your premises is ! the receptionist in duty was aware of the accident the reason she refunded our 1st day of stay and the housekeeping knows that my wife gave the extra pillows bit still they deducted the amount on my card without asking me first.

A/C was good, price/quality is just right and the staff is friendly. bonus points for free parking in front of the hotel although more and more spaces are blocked with No Parking signs every year, hopefully it stays free.

Breakfast could do with more options, more fruits would have been really nice. The overall quality of the breakfast was good but the lack of options was a let down. Also, the breakfast menu was the same everyday. Not worth 14 € per day per person.

Staff was really welcoming and the service was excellent. Especially the team at the front desk, they were especially very helpful and prompt to resolve any requests we had throughout the stay. Rooms were really nice and clean and the bed was comfy too.

Price was a bit expensive, compared to other cities in Europe, you would be able to get a hotel for the same price a night not too far from city centre. The city itself is a bit of a distance away, you need to take the public transportation to get to get to any local restaurants or other tourist interests.

Very nice staff available 24/7, being near by to a U/S-Bahn (Public Transportation) stop, very great atmosphere and wonderful room. Public transportation line nearby goes straight to the airport and to the city centre. Perfect if you stay for 1 night for a flight next day.

the whole room was stinking and we are not being able to use the bathrooms. the personal was not amused about our request to change the rooms which we did three times until we got a room in another area of the hotel. as I figured out on my own by listening to a scene next morning with the manager and the receptionist for the night this was a known issue as the manager told the receptionist to open the window ( in a bathroom without windows ?) and use chlorex and wait 15mins. the issue didn‘t go away. I never had in my whole business travel experience that kind of bad handling of people. you could smell it easily but we were told to wait because the hotel handle it this way. this known issue cost us at least 1 hour with a 2 year old kid. I know the NH chain but this was my worst experience in NH hotels ever. definitely not again

The colleague on the reception from Slovakia was extremely friendly and helped us by suggesting activities in the proximity of the location. The breakfast was amazing. The value for money is great, everything is very nice and clean.
