The parking on the opposite side is cheaper than the parking of the hotel.

We liked a lot that we didn't need to walk far to your concert venue. Also it's pretty nice that you can get something to eat in the hotel, before going out.

I'm personally prefer hard mattresses, so the super soft mattress was not my favorite.

The room was great, the bathroom was almost luxury. The mattress takes some getting used too depending on whether you prefer soft or hard mattresses. Location is great.

We had a wonderful stay. The service, room, and staff were all excellent, making our trip very enjoyable. A special thanks to Deniz, who assisted us during both check-in and check-out. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. Having stayed at many IHG hotels and other places for work, I can confidently say that Deniz’s hospitality truly stood out. He consistently checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect, which made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure!

Size of the room, no kettle in the room, dim/insufficient lighting in the room. Beds are a little too soft/lumpy for my liking, breakfast was very mediocre but i guess for the price of the room (we took the breakfast included option) we shouldnt expect more.

The hotel itself super and the staff were very friendly. Loved the dorm feel that it brought without it being like a frat house. They allow you to bring your own food and drink in the common areas and for you to just relax which is really needed as well given the size of the rooms.

The most friendly and helpful staff! Great location. Very peaceful to come back to after a day of exploring Koln. 2 minute walk to Mülheim Weiner Platz tram station which you can catch the number 4 to the centre in around 15 mins.

During our stay, we noticed some shortcomings. First, the room temperature was inadequate, which negatively affected our comfort. Additionally, the absence of a refrigerator in the room was a significant inconvenience. Moreover, not having a kettle to heat water in the room can be problematic, especially for families with children. Another issue was that coffee in the lobby was not complimentary, which detracted from the overall guest experience. Basic services like this are typically expected to be included in a hotel stay.

While the general atmosphere and staff were pleasant, improvements fundamental aspects are necessary.

I personally did not like the carpets because it made the room look a little messy and would be hard for summer for people with allergies. The bed was good, but the sheets were not from a nice fabric. The remote control did not have batteries so we had to go and pick them up from the reception, but everything else was good!

Nice hotel. Very nice people on the reception, made a check in a good experience. The room itself was nice for a couple. Good bathroom with comfortable shower. I really liked the wood work and lights, made it very cozy stay. Location is okay. Not the closest to the city center, but there are two quick ways to get to the center. There were a few good breakfast places around as well!

Even if the windows are closed, you hear the noices from outside pretty good. Unfortunately if your neigbour watches tv loudly you can hear every word, so the walls are pretty thin. For me the beds are a bit to soft, but that is just a personal preference.

The staff was very friendly and relax. They made the stay easy. The hotel seemed new and it was very comfortable. I liked that the bar was still open after our concert. The parking is good too, easy to find and the car is safe.

The Queen size bed was replaced by two single beds.. Parking a little bit expensive for customers in my opinion (15,5€)

1st night: One side of the hotel facing a busy highway entrance + its the busiest highway in Bordeaux. So that side need sound isolation, and a lot of it. Couldnt sleep even with earplugs when loud pipe cars and motorcycles accelerated frequent out to the highway all night. 2nd night: Asked for room facing the opposite side (hotel parking/reception), slept 9h straight, without earplugs.

Great staff. Comfortable bed, clean room. Good location for roadtriping via Bordeaux.

The parking area behind the hotel is well located but we couldn’t access the lobby through any of the exit doors without having to walk around the hotel and via the main entrance. Some clearer instructions would be helpful.

Good and quiet location despite busy neighborhood. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Everything was within good reach. Very family friendly with books and games for kids and even a table football (and other games) at the lobby. Ample space to park your car safely too. We had a great time!

there are a lot of people checking in and only one hotel employee works. we waited more than 15 minutes to check in. the hotel has no flower vases. i had a birthday party, there were flowers that were put in beer mugs. include a couple of bottles of water in the price of your stay! it's a shame for such a hotel that you have to run for water

there is convenient parking, many restaurants nearby, there is a bar in the lobby. comfortable bed, pillows. good water pressure in the shower.
