I can't think of anything.

The location is excellent + the hostel is cool and modern, with a great reception area where you can play pool and drink beers 24/7 + the beds are very comfortable (and every bed has its own USB socket). It was very quiet and safe as well. Top recommendation! Plus, there is a cool cafe nearby where you can eat hot breakfast (if you don't want to eat in the hostel). The staff at the hostel was also amazing (printed a boarding pass for me for no charge).

The staff were super rude, especially the overnight guy who cared more about eating chicken and watching Netflix than answering my questions. We booked a double room for quite a lot of money and they cheaped us by pushing two twin beds together that would slip apart!!!! Lots of young schoolkids running around the halls in the early morning making too much noise.

The hostel reception/common room had a cool vibe. Good location that is close to Checkpoint Charlie area (about a 15 minute walk). Supermarkets nearby.

Clean during the mornings, not so much at night. Rooms were superficially clean but lots of dust in between places. No kitchen?

The receptionist was very slow at checking us in and getting our room keys, and this was particularly frustrating since we had arrived very late and had been travelling for hours, and we were desperate to go to bed. I was also disappointed with the lack of vegetarian cooked food for the breakfast buffet.

The bar/ breakfast hall was really well decorated, and this alongside items such as the pool table made the place feel very fun and welcoming. The location is also very convenient, being a short walk to u-bahn and s-bahn stations, and a LIDL just round the corner. The bedrooms were also well furnished, especially with the table and secure lockers.

Nothing comes to mind

I didn't really stay that much in the hostel. Just spent 2 nights there. I didn't face any problems or hassle or stealing, so it was pretty safe I would say. There was a huge common room in the ground floor where you could buy drinks, play billiard or just socialize. Bathrooms and shower rooms were clean. Hostel was near a bahnhof as well, so you could travel with ease.

I have no complaints, honestly. The hostel is very good and you obtain what you're paying for! My only suggestion would be to install courtains on the shared bedrooms to improve privacy

The hostel is well located, with a Metro station and several bus stops nearby, plus supermarkets and different budget restaurants in the same block! Distance to the Brandenburg Tor is walkable. The hostel is beautiful, when looking at it from outside you wouldn't imagine how pretty it is on the inside!

Although the hostel is huge, rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Very comfortable beds, private lockers. I really enjoyed the location, it was 10min walk from Potsdamer Platz, plus subway and buses in the area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the showers were clean, the hostel was easy to reach from Hbf, and there were lockers both inside and outside the room. Definitely recommended.

everything was clean, beds very comfy, great wifi, great location and great value overall, not a lot of options at breakfast but decent for a hostel. you can also get just coffee for 1 or 2 euros

Price was high compared to the service provided, no AC in room so it was very hot inside, no kitchen at all for the guests to use.

checked in , kept my things on my bed and left to explore the city. as I return at Midnight, the bed was occupied by another person . they checked in 7 people for a 6 bed dorm. finally, the receptionist at midnight Zain helped me to clarify the matter , offered me a free drink . finally, had to book another hostel at 1 in the morning .

lots of school kids running around, very noisy through the halls, knocks and runs, the toilets were always disgusting in the mornings with no toilet paper and mess all over the ground

i had dorm at 5th floor, was too warm to sleep, at mornings very bright light even with curtains. toilet and shower is to far from the room. door is closing very loud (you can recognize it very well at late night). very cheap feeling inside room, didnt like wall colour. the bed was small for me
