Not sure they should advertise for the parking space as it's an extra. The room was too warm! Wonder how dreadful that can be in summer!

We had a very spacious room where the cot for our newborn fit well. We were also given a special trash can for our baby diapers, which was nice.

Rooms for not have working air-conditioning although they look like they have. Staff promised a fan to be delivered to us and fellow travelers but even after several requests and staff confirmation of delivery- fellow travelers never received and ours was only got by continued persistence.

Hotel is in excellent location in old Town and parking on site is a real bonus. Breakfast is excellent with good variety. Beds are comfortable.

Our room, though very large, had only one small window so it was hard to cool even though it was cool outside. We were overlooking a busy street with restaurants and loud music.

The hotel was the most reasonably priced hotel in the area for the one night stay. We received a pass to use the bus for free.

Staffs are nice and helpful. The car parking is a bit difficult to park, especially if you have a big car. The parking fee also high.

Service in the restaurant in the evening was like something out of Fawlty towers. The majority of staff were good but one member of staff seemed to think he was doing us a big favour by serving us. I’ve never experienced service quite like it. A shame because the food was good.

Nice central location with car park under the hotel. Most of the staff were excellent. Breakfast was good.

The location is perfect for exploring Fussen but also getting to Neuschwanstein and other areas. The parking deck is located beside the hotel and you must check in to get your parking ticket to avoid paying full price for parking. You will need to inform the staff ahead of time you need parking. It is about a 4 minute walk from the bus station and a bus runs every 15-30 minutes to Neuschwanstein and other surrounding areas. The shopping/restaurant/bar options are all around you, as is the river. The staff was very friendly and helped us understand the bus options. The breakfast options were ample and the hotel was very clean.

This's tiny problem. it's only one small thing for my dislike. The hotel's close to read and city downtown. Then we can hear some people noice from window. However, the windows are good enough to shut the noice down however it mean we couldn't open them for air ventilation. *** But don't worry it's very tiny problem.

Loacation is great, great , great, close to train station , Bus stop to Castle and city's downtown. The Room's comfortable. The Breafast's great. ** confirm ** The staffs're friendly and helpful. They're busy but try to help.

Very nice location and facilities. Underground pating parking for your convenience. The breakfast buffet was amazing. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. It is right at the city center, walking distance to all the attractions and restaurants.

The room was a little odd as it had a slanting roof. The one bed was under the slanting roof so when getting in and out of the bed was a challenge. The slanting roof also extended to the bathroom so you cannot stand upright when showering without knocking your head on the slant. It was an uncomfortable way to shower.

Hendrich, the receptionist, was exceptional! He assisted us with parking the car because the parking lot is quite narrow and tight. The service overall was excellent. The breakfast was good but had limited hot options for non meat eaters. The location is awesome.

There was no air conditioning and it was hot!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. From the minute we made our reservation, communication was great and they did what they promised ~ provide fans for our rooms. The breakfast was good with lots of choices.
