Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomThe stay could have been made better if there had been more than one pillow per person. The room that we had was part of a loft conversion, which made the room feel a bit cramped for 2 people. My partner bumped his head on the low ceiling a couple of times and the room was also narrow and that made moving around in it a bit akward. This room would have been better for a single person.
The hotel is close to the tram stop and you can get to the train station in 5 stops. Ideal if you want a quiet place to stay that is not too far from the city and has a village feel. Very clean with friendly staff..

United KingdomWe arrived quite late on a Sunday, meaning there was not surprisingly nowhere to eat. The restaurant we were directed to by reception was open until 10 but we were turned away because the kitchen closed before 9.30 and so we were left to wander around trying to find something. Eventually we drove into the city and found a takeaway. This of course is not related to the property itself, but something to bear in mind for other visitors.
This is a nice, modern, friendly hotel in what appeared to be a nice residential area. Parking directly outside (albeit some of the spaces are pretty tight), great local supermarket opposite, the high street a couple of minutes' walk, restaurants and the metro a 5-10 minute walk, The rooms are small - although not unexpected as they are described accurately on the website - but they are modern and nicely furnished, and perfectly clean, and the beds are comfortable. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful. There is a large dining area but for breakfast only, it seemed. We didn't take the breakfast as my son is gluten-free and we used the supermarket instead, so can't comment on that. There is a coffee/drinks machine in the reception. The overall feel is a very homely, well-run hotel that is eager to please. We were only there one night, on route to somewhere else. Great value.

The room was clean and comfortable, with desk, TV, bed and its own bathoom. No coffee maker, but that is not unusual in Germany, and at the price I paid, was not expected. The hotel is located in a quiet area in one of the suburbs of Stuttgart, just a few minutes walk from Degerloch U-bahn, which has direct trains to the airport. The staff were friendly and check in and check out easy. I thought it was good value for money and would happily stay again if I were in Stuttgart.

United KingdomThe staff were very happy to help from the minute we walked in. Our room was very well equipped with fresh towels and soap. Breakfast was plentiful (but we recommend going earlier than the last hour of service and most of the plates were emptying!). We also had space to park our motorbike off road which was perfect for the one night we were there 👌
