We liked our 1 night stay in this small hotel. The room was warm, the breakfast was excellent. In the town center. The public free huge parking is in 7-10 min walk. Recommended.

Excellent location, within the walls of the medieval city. You have to park your car in a parking lot - free - just outside the walls. A 10 minutes walk. The room was very nice with all amenities. Comfortable beds. They have an elevator! The ground floor is for breakfast, the first floor is a pub, so the rooms are on the second floor. Nice and helpful staff.

The curtains were not black-out, so during summer is bright very early in the day. But because we needed to leave early it was not a big problem for us.

The location was very central. The breakfast was nice, with the extra surprised of the egg options, one could have with or without bacon, and the coffee was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was small but clean and well distributed

My biggest problem was that, since they are not on the property during the day, was where to leave my bag, as there are no lockers in the train station and I did not want to carry it with me all day long. We resolved that by leaving it with a neighboring shop.

The location is very good. The bed was excellent; one of the best nights sleep I've had in a hotel this year.

Breakfast was listed as included. When I arrived and checked in and asked about breakfast, I was told that breakfast is not available. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because breakfast is included. When I messaged the hotel through booking, I was offered a 5 euro refund. I've never seen a hotel breakfast for anything less than 12 euro so I don't think it was a very suitable way to make it right for not having breakfast available considering coffee and a croissant was 6 Euros at the nearest bakery.

I arrived on a Sunday so they were closed. The communication via the messaging service went well and everything was as expected. The breakfast next day had good variety and the Coffee was first class. Able to get a late checkout which was great.

Historic house with very friendly owners. Breakfast was amazing and you even get a chance to make a sandwich to take with you. Gummy bears on the pillow is a nice touch.

There was no elevator, and we were on the very top floor, so we had to carry our bags up multiple flights of stairs. We are in our 70s, but fortunatelyv we were able to consolidate our items and only take part of our luggage to the room.

My room was on the top floor in the roof space, which made it difficult to stand up other than in the centre of the bathroom. Breakfast at 07.30 is no good if you have a train to catch at 07.42. A little overpriced compared to the Goldener Schluessel where I stayed the two previous nights.

When we arrived only one of the two double-bed rooms we had ordered and received confirmation for was available. The staff/manger blamed this situation on a new computer system. We were offered two single bed rooms, but this was not an option for us. It was only when we addressed the issue of cancelling the reservation, which we expected of course to be free of charge for us that we were given two double-bed rooms.
