Only small suggestion - the room we were in (14) the curtains didn’t fit the whole way across the window, so the light came in and woke us very early in the morning. There were shutters on the outside of the windows but one didn’t close fully, and closing these also meant you couldn’t have the benefit of having the windows open. Other than that, bathroom a little dated but can’t complain for the price - everything else was great.

Good location close to the station and only a short walk in to the centre of town.

The power outlets were badly positioned, a handy writing desk was provided but no power outlet next to it. A hot water system located above the toilet was a potential head bump hazard. The elevator was rather old and small (but worked ok).

The location was perfect for us arriving by rail and to explore the city. Reception staff were very friendly, room was a reasonable size and quiet. A fridge was provided. Small table and two chairs also. For the cost it was very good value.

The room didn't have air conditioning and when we had to keep the window open for cool air, because of the busy street outside, it became very noisy. This really made the stay uncomfortable.

Carpet is never a good idea in a hotel!

Close to a public carpark and easy to find. Reception was closed when we arrived. We received a message explaining exactly how we could retrieve our key, so that was really good. A lovely bright room, very spacious with patio doors.that opened out so you can see the park. The room was exceptionally clean with a mini bar and a few snacks available. A kettle would have been a nice touch.

Some street noise at night but on Saturday when we left they said they closed reception at one so we could not leave our bags after that. I don't know what they did after that if you came to hotel

The location was very good close to town and rail. Room very nice but an older type shower which was hard to get in it was quite noisy at night they let us leave our bags the first day which was good

The room faces the main street. Even when the windows are closed, you still hear loud noise/music from drunk/party people all night (until 5 am).

The room is really clean and the staff are friendly. The location is convenient and nearby the train station.

Again… the noise, the yelling of young people, homeless, 3 and 4 am!!! Again, I think the Hotel should complain to the City and authority, they should control these people, they are hurting businesses. The fact that there was no bidet, the fact that the shower will not drain the water properly. The fact that there was no elevator to the 6th floor. Only to the 5th, then you have to use the stairs.

Location is Excellent! We were on the 6th floor and the view was spectacular! The amount of windows great!!! The fact that all rooms were “no smoking” and “NO PETS” was great! Due to allergies and problems with insect bites. However, the shower will not drain the water well and the noise of homeless or people yelling outside can’t let you sleep. Too loud!!!… really, it is not the fault of the Hotel, But they should call the police, or complaint to the City Mayor, etc etc… It is very unfair to businesses that loud noise.

The hotel is very old and not well maintained. The reception is on the 4th floor and closes in the afternoon. The elevator is too old. Not a good price for what is offered.

I had to take a cold shower in the morning. Minutes after I entered the shower, the warm water was gone....and never came back.

Very loud construction sounds from the floor above my room, starting at 7 am. According to the staff nothing they can change - but they could have just not given me this room in the first place! No apologies or compensation offered. The street next to the hotel is rather loud the entire night.
