The place in general has very limited food options, one basically has to rely on food delivery to the place. There are plenty of options though and brochures with menus provided by the host.

The room was very comfortable with a great view on the Rhine river and the beautiful surroundings.

Cute studio with a kitted out kitchen and fridge. The terrace is great to relax and enjoy the stunning vista of the Rhine. The bathroom was very large with extra towels if needed. You can buy some cold drinks and other items before you arrive if you wish. Is a 20 minutes walk from train station along the line from Mainz.

The shared bathroom contained a lot of personal effects of a long-term or permanent other guest.

The view was fantastic over the Rhine River. The host spoke excellent English and was very friendly and helpful.

If a small improvement can be made, it would be to provide a wardrobe to store clothes in the bedroom, as well as some hooks in the bathroom to hang towels.

Thé host is a charming, welcoming and helpful person. the place is very quiet and well soundproofed, with a beautiful view of the Rhine.

Sharing a bathroom could have been tricky if more people staying. Though it is a superb bathroom.

The view from the balcony was why we booked it and we weren't disappointed. That it was on the cycle way at the centre of the two places we wanted to visit an added bonus

For this price no private badroom is bad. Communication with the host in the evening of arival was bad. In the morning a text that see could not answer.

Enough space for us we stay only one Night. We arrive very late. Keys NOT where we agree. Host did not answer phone. After pushing the doorbell a lady opened the door. See is very nice and let is in.

Bathroom was dirty with a lot of toothpaste in the lavatory, bidet full of dust, floors with dust and long hairs (even if nobody there had!) harches on the terrasse table, fridge dirty, coffee machine dirty, room cold and blanket very thin. The cleaning started at 7am cleaning the dishes with the door open...

Instructions where to pick up the key. It was supposed to be by the carport. From the front door it was tough to see the carport. Shared bathroom, for up to 8 beds, which fortunatly did not happen to us. Coffee maker water tank was pretty grimy, possibly not used for a year.

We hadn't realised we would be sharing a bathroom with other guests. The other guests were 2 men who hogged the bathroom for 35 minutes in the morning. This spoilt our stay. Plus the fact that, when we arrived, the owner didn't let on she was the owner and help get the keys out of the key safes. Nor did she show us where to go in the house.

Breakfast was not provided and there were no shops open in Trechtingshausen to buy anything. The owner said she would deliver bread and jam to our room before she went to work. This was much appreciated. There were no restaurants open except the campsite and the Castle. We went to the campsite and had a decent meal.
