Breakfast was pretty average and some items ran out quite early - the old fashioned breakfast room decor seemed at odds with the hipster hotel vibe. Seemed generally understaffed. Towels not changed and room not cleaned over a three day stay ‘to save the planet’. Not convinced when there’s no heated towel rail to dry towels

The rooms are quite dark and some of the surfaces were a bit dusty. The reception staff were very good, but we had to wait a long time to check out (maybe more staff needed at certain times). Also prior to arrival we were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a larger room with a city view - the room was fine, but there was no city view.

Room service every 3 days is a bit too less … I would prefer every 2 days. But that is absolutely no issue. We just love the hotel!

Wonderful hotel in a stunning building!! So special! Very friendly staff. Perfect design in every detail ... in the super cool, spacious and cozy room and the beautiful architecture of the ground floor with a sweet shop, a cozy bar with very good music, a sweet cafe and a nice lobby with a bar in a stunning atmosphere. And a cozy fireplace room and a special music room. Perfectly located in the heart of the city. Perfect place to stay in Copenhagen!!!

The decor was charming and the staff were delightful. We had a lovely breakfast, and it fueled us for a full day of sight seeing - everything was close and it was the perfect location.

The towels are very small. There is no kettle in the room.

The hotel has several thoughtful features including a lending library, vinyl listening room and water bottle filler. The staff was very kind and welcoming.

The only thing missing were slippers in the room. Apart from that, happy with everything.

Location was great, within walking distance of all the main sights. The staff could not have been more helpful. We didn’t eat there but the cocktails were 10/10.

Room was deep in the bowels of the hotel.. took forever to get to room which was incredibly frustrating when door key was demagnetised twice!

No storage space so we couldn’t unpack bags. The shower opened up to the room so there wasn’t much privacy.

This hotel has to be one of the best in Copenhagen! We loved the quirky design and functionality of the hotel. The hotel shop was a great place for gifts. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We loved all the restayurants and bars, including the cocktail bar. Our room was extremely comfortable and the outside courtyard was very nice. The location is central to most areas and close to public transport and local shops. Love, love, love it!!

It was noisy but no fault of the hotel with a lot of construction going (sidewalk repair), and daily industry such as trash removal

The room was cozy and offered things like a free mini fridge and heated floors, the location was great, the property had 3 bars, a library, record room, candy shop, and a sauna, would stay here again!

Only a couple of things that would have improved our stay. Towels are on the small size. Our room was far away from reception and there were steps to manage with no handrails (there are the same from the bar to reception and also into the restaurant) after using the lift - this was not explained. As I’m recovering from a knee replacement I would have preferred to know that and would have requested a room on the flat.

This is a truly wonderful hotel in a brilliant central location. Breakfast was varied and fresh. The reception, shop and bar areas are delightful, comfortable, quirky and staff are excellent, efficient, friendly and helpful. We had an evening meal in the restaurant and enjoyed it. The room was comfortable (the curtains were somewhat surprising!) and the mini bar is free and replenished. It was one of the best stays we’ve had in a hotel.
