A bit noisy, I would offer earplugs for guests. Since I stayed for 5 nights, it would be good to offer cleaning at least once.

Bathroom shower door bit tricky to close, and water easily splashing out

Location is close to metro station. Facilities are new and clean. Got plug to provide and have luggage storage room. Free Wifi is fast.

Perfect location for this hotel, that offers you a room with a kitchen. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, offering fast access to Copenhagen center. The room was very clean, with all amenities necessary - with also special gifts and an extremely comfy bed. The host is keeping in touch with you during your stay and answers in only a few minutes. Perfect stay, for a very good price.

The are no real humans, only chat support which is 24/7 and actually help. But I would prefer to have someone on the reception. The luggage room is also has electric door and therefore this is not controlled by someone

Location is great. Next to us we had a lot of huge supermarkets working until 10pm. Very clean apartment. Everything what you need will be there(we were in a room for for 2, but had 4 plates, glasses, cups, cutlery). The kitchen is great. Like 5 minutes walk to underground. The area is where the locals live. If you walk to the city center from the apartment you will enjoy real Copenhagen. We had European chargers in our room, Polaroid instapix, bottles to be borrowed. Honestly, the best apartment in our trips so far

Nothing to complain about.

The place is very close to the metro station, and by metro you can reach the city center very quick ( max 20 min ). It was very clean, heated properly, they were in continous contact with us in case we needed something. Provided small and pleasant surprises in the room. Everything is very well automated, so the access is easy. Supermarket 3 min away.

We liked our stay at Bob W - the room was tiny but cozy, the bed super comfortable and the apartment's kitchen was well equipped. We only had a few issues with the lock - you don't get a key card or keys but use your phone to lock and unlock - but we couldn't lock the door when we arrived and it took a while to get it sorted out and a few days later we had another issue with the lock. In the end, we were offered to move to another apartment and had no issues ever since, plus got offered breakfast for the remainder of our stay, which was super nice. To sum up, the staff was helpful and nice, the apartment had all we needed, and was so easily reachable by public transport from the city centre!

The accommodation was simply amazing. The 24/7 support was excellent, and the contactless experience made everything so convenient. The place was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped. Whenever we needed anything, the support team helped us immediately. It’s just a few metro stops away from the city center, located in a very calm and pleasant neighborhood with nice cafes. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying there again. :)

Had some issues with the accomodation's online app when trying to unlock my studio door. However, the host was very responsive and gave me instructions to locate a physical fob instead after a few minutes. Otherwise, everything else was fine.

Nice and clean studio on the outskirts of Copenhagen with excellent accessibility to city attractions via Metro and shared bike rentals. Supermarket located 150m away for supplies. Located along a quiet residential street. Studio has basic but functional kitchen amenities. Nice bathroom with large shower. Bed was comfortable. Smart TV with casting connectivity was a nice touch. Good online host who was very fast to respond to queries.

The best in Copenhagen. Just is unbelievable how technology is at the same level with the services and hospitality. I am amazed from this concept of tourism and Bob is the best I know so far working in tourism myself.

Everything was just how it should be!

The beds are the comfiest I’ve come across. The apartment itself was spotless. Had the window open overnight and the neighbourhood was quiet. The little touches mean a lot!

Shower could have done with a door / curtain to prevent water from spilling over to the bathroom floor

We were eternally grateful for the support and kindness of the Bob team when we both had a terrible gastro bug. Very comfortable bad and the kitchen facilities were great. Location was superb with multiple supermarkets nearby.

The bathroom was a bit small, and there was no way of having a shower without making water everywhere. The refill water bottles were dirty.

Everything was easy to use, and we had everything we needed. The host is excellent and helped us with every problem we encountered.
