Firstly don't be put off by the "no-manned" hotel reception. The Whatsapp team are fantastically fast to reply, give clear instructions, and extremely helpful. It was our first time using a hotel app with no key, but once you got there it was very easy to use. I did ask for a physical key just in case my phone battery died on the long trip, but luckily this was not the case. The room apartment was just the right space of cosy for my small family and extremely clean. All the essentials that we needed plus complimentary tray of coffee and tea, as well as some delicious chocs on arrival. Thank you so much BOB W for the personal touch. The location was perfect for us as it was near family and friends. So using public transport wasn't too difficult. Supermarkets and takeaways are very close by too. Fantastic locations. Quick metro/train/bus ride into the centre too. The big park near by with FC Kopenhagen footbal stadium was a godsend for us as I have two young boys who played football EVERYDAY and used the goals provided in the park. Bob W hotels location was just perfect for my family.

What it says on the tin - best of both worlds Found it to have everything we needed and more. Loved the recommendations on the postcard, the easiness of speaking to an advisor, and the app. Really loved the Polaroid camera, we have a world map cork board at home, and we will be adding a few of the pictures onto that. They seem to really understand the target market. Bed was very comfortable and was just very happy overall.

DenmarkI was not being able to access both rooms on one app. Had to change links for each room. I was the only person who had the app and therefore access to each room. Booking 2 rooms, Would have been nice to be at least on the same floor. There was room for a single bed/mattras on the floor in the 4 person room. Parking was expensive.
Spacious. Clean. Great value. Modern. Tiny kitchen with everything you need. Cameras were a great touch with the kids. Netto is around the corner.

United KingdomEverything about this place was amazing, it was so clean and the facilities were top notch. They provided chargers, water bottles, tote bags and so much more! The location was great, although it was a little but out from the centre (1Hr walk) there was a metro right on the doorstep that got you to the centre really quick! It was perfect as it was quieter and such a peaceful stay. I really highly recommend staying here, the communication was amazing (answering messages within minutes) and were always there to help with anything despite there people no front desk. Honestly do not have one thing to fault about this place.

Location was great- really close to the metro., Contactless check in was really easy and the apartment was really well laid out, with lots of space for storage and nice touches such as the toiletries and furniture from local designers.

United KingdomThere was no towel rail in the bathroom so we hung them up on coat hangers next to the apartment door. We also found the room to be quite warm and turning the thermostat down didn’t seem to help.
Roughly 5 min walk to the nearest metro which connects you to everything really quickly. Had every amenity we could have asked for (although did run out of normal tea and milk on day 2) and was really easy to use their online system to get in and out of the building, room, etc.

The bathroom is equipped with everything, including cotton pads 🙈 the room is great, the bed perfect and kitchen has everything to prepare simple meals. Also a washing/drying room on the ground floor. The room is cleaned 1xweek which is great. The area is super quiet, so the nights are peaceful and the centre of the city is a short metro ride away. All in all, a superb 2week experience at Bob’s!

United KingdomWhen completing the pre-arrival form I filled in the early check in and late check out parts as check in at 11:00 and check out at 15:00. Despite filling in all the required information, I had repeated messages to complete this form and on the fourth occasion whenever I got to the check in and out times I was asked for payment although could not make it as the system would freeze. I messaged the host and received confirmation that our times of 11:00 for check in and 15:00 for check out had been confirmed and both were free of charge. However, the evening before we travelled I had yet another request to fill in the pre-arrival form, I messaged and said this had already been done and the early and late times confirmed (I have screenshots of this confirmation message). The host disputed this even when I sent a screenshot and said I must have misunderstood, despite it being clearly written on their message. We ended up having to rebook our check in and check out times to check in at 12:00 and check out at 14:00 and pay just short of £25 for each one. At the start of our week’s stay we received a message to book cleaning and linen change during our time there. Sensibly, this would be around the Tuesday or Wednesday of a week in a property, however the only slot we were offered was Friday afternoon (bearing in mind we were leaving the following day). It seemed ridiculous to have a complete change of bedding and towels for one night, we accepted that date as obviously it was included in the rental fee.
Good location with easy access into Copenhagen city via the Metro which is about 5 minutes walk away. Apartment building was quiet, our room was well equipped. The only addition to the facilities could be a plug for the sink as there was nothing to hold the water in it for washing up crockery etc.
