Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesWe had to carry our very heavy luggage up and down 2 flights of stairs without causing damage to stairs or walls which were without a scrape anywhere. The building we stayed in was built long before elevators.
A beautiful old hotel out in the country. Impeccably maintained forever. Good food. Peaceful surroundings. Friendly staff. What more could one ask for?

GermanyCleanliness is not a big issue with them. All the window frame and door frames need cleaning. Bathroom walls had hairs stuck on them, cobwebs in the corners, blood steaks from killed flies, light coverings are full of dead flies and the ventilation didn't work. The TV was in the bedroom when it should have been in the living room. Downstairs all the electrical sockets were on the one wall so you could not charge your mobile devices while sitting at the dining table. The kitchen is a joke with only 2 hot plates, no microwave or oven. The ventilation window didn't work for upstairs but they wrote an excuse for that, which isn't great in summer when you are sweating in your upstairs bedroom. Not a good excuse, get it fixed! Also, the dog friendly flats are not great as they are quarantined in the flat with no possibility to go into garden for a pee or some fresh air, as are the owners. The hotel should open up the back of flats with a terrace for more privacy as they are selling flats as holiday flats where people are staying longer and not rooms where people stay for one or two nights. Some dog litter bins would also be good. Finally, someone parked his car in front of our flat, directly in front of our chairs and thought this was normal to look up an exhaust pipe when you have paid a small fortune for a flat. All in all too much money for what is being offered!
It's was a beautiful area with lots of hiking trails. The hotel was very nice and I can understand why it is used for wedding receptions and the staff are very nice.

United StatesThe rooms were upstairs, which was not clear, and a member of our party has a bad knee, so that was not good. The room was very small and musty smelling and the shower had no lip so water got all over the floor after we showered. Worst of all was they gave us rooms knowing that the climate control thermostat did not work! The staff had to adjust it manually and one room was unable to be adjusted. They said the thermostat was old and they could not get parts to repair it, but it makes no sense that they not replace something broken! Pretty stupid. There was an elevator in the hotel, but we didn't get rooms in that building. Not happy with my stay
