Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bathrooms were smaller and good for solo traveller stay.
Location is right across Aarhus Theater and Cathedral. We requested room with view of the Theater and it was arranged well by the receptionist. The room had good heating.

Scandinavian style of small bathroom, with toilet inside shower. But OK, one can get used to waiting for floor dryying out after the shower, before you enter the bathroom again

But according to the price, of course the facilities are quite poor. I personally hate the shower that gets everything wet in the bathroom cabin (could be fixed with a regular shower tube with a shower head rather than something that sprinkles out of the ceiling). And would be nice if there was a full body mirror squeezed somewhere. Other than that, you get what you pay for 😊
Convenient, cheap and does the job for a night over.

The towels and sheets are very thin and uncomfortable. Considering the price per night I really expected more. It's fine for one person who doesn't plan to do more than sleep for a night or two.

Not a fan of the memory-foam mattress but that’s on me and not them. The light situation was interesting in the room.
It’s a great price for a private room in the city center. I enjoyed the breakfast.

The rooms size vs Price is too much. I paid almost 85 euros / night , but the room size is too small , and mainly the Bathroom shower is not good.
The location of the Hotel is very good , near to Bus Station and restaurants. The staffs are friendly and help us for any needs.

Room was a bit snug and the mattress just alright. But for the price it is wonderful! Also, way good many light switches, if you want the room to be bright you'll have to turn on 5 or 6 individual switches. And there was no plug close to the bed

The upper 3rd bed is very small and has an iron edge, which you'll hit during your sleep. The breakfast was rather simple. Showering is a challenge in the very small bathroom; I dislike shower curtains a lot but using it is necessary to avoid an overal wet room. A lot of noisy people in the street (saturday evening), so opening the window wasn't ideal. Therefor it was very warm inside. Public parking is available around the hotel, but very expensive.
The room was - as expected - small. The double bed was good. The hotel was one of the most affordable one's around Arhus.

The room did have the beds in description but it was like a lego house cramed in the space to fit everything. There just wasn't much space and the wet bathroom was like an airplane toilet. Understandably a cheaper option but I was unaware of just how tight everything was. Other than than it was a lovely place to stay having booked last minute
The location is great, right in the city center! I booked this place because it was a cheaper hotel option and I didn't feel like staying in a hostel this night so i found this. Fair enough the price was fairly decent and the room was clean.

The seagulls having a concert nearby. Not something they can do something about, but if one is a sensitive sleeper, they should keep this in mind.
The location is extremely convenient and the accommodation is perfect for travelling young people. We were 3 in the room. The beds are okay. The shower is okay. You get towels and soap as well.
