Good location, at the heart of the city center. We had a great stay. Bed linen and towels were clean. We had plenty of small lights in the room. The bathroom was clean and functional. I would definitely recommend this hotel a couple of nights. Safe environment for solo travelers. We paid for breakfast, it was continental, mainly savory with a few sweet options. Meals were abundant. We also rent a hair dryer for free

Great place in downtown area. Nothing fancy, everything simple and on the smaller side. But clean , soft mattress. The same with the breakfast, on the smaller side but good. Had 4* hotels not delivering what I got here. So I will return

My expensive folding bike has got damaged in the storage room. I was advised to use the facility by the hotel personnel! When I reported the damage to the reception,the hotel manager has dismissed my complaint straight away on a very rude way, saying: "It's not our responsibility, get it repaired." It's hard to judge whether the gentleman is sexist, therefore this is his general approach to women or "just" completely lacks manners and professionalism. Though, both call into question his suitability for his role in the hotel industry. Please bare in mind this is a budget hotel. Similarly to budget airline Ryanair, they take your money in a blink of eye, once something goes wrong you are on your own.

The rooms are very small, just enough to sleep at night and move on. The bed linens and duets were not changed, meaning they were used ones as they have a policy of changing them once in 5 days.

Everything was OK :)

The location of the hotel is very good (next to the center of the town). The rooms are nice and clean, the stuff polite and eager to give any information. The boiler for coffee was a pleasant surprise. I certainly suggest it!

VERY small room. ‘Economy room’ is unfit for adults. Strongly reccomend to avoid this type of room. Also very expensive! Tiny shower/wc.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Nice location. But the ‘economy room’ is only one narrow bed and a tiny bunk bed. This is NOT fit for adults. Avoid if you want to sleep. I will never visit again.

Bathroom, the room itself, to hot not able to adjust heating / cooling. It was to warm for two people in a tiny room.

Worst hotel ever. It is very noisy party hotel. There is no soundproofing at all, all noices from other rooms and isle can be heard. The room is like ship cabin, but worse. The shower is ridiculous. I do not recommend, even that the price is cheap, but it is not worth of money. Couldn’t sleep at all.

Room was very small which was not as per expected and so was the bathroom. And the people hanging laundy in the walking hall was annoying making the area more messy

As I am getting older it has become more difficult getting up to, and down from, the top bunk.

Convenient location which is not far off the main road (we were travelling to Hirtshals to catch the ferry to Norway) and close to the centre. The service was friendly and very efficient. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good.
