Breakfast could have better bread, maybe a bit more varieties.

It's good, I recommend it because I would come back ther if I come to Copenhagen, good value for the price.

It was very noisy during the night. There is a bar under the hostel and there was music playing all night (the bar is open until 5am) and also people were shouting all night, from downstairs and in the hotel, it was impossible to sleep even with earplugs. There is no towel and the shower is on top of the toilet, but it was clean.

Only 3 showers and 2 toilets per floor (not vice versa). One toilet is clogged, another is dirty - a typical situation (choose wisely). In my room, there werent any working curtains, I couldnt sleep after sunset.

Bed was there, I could go to the toilet and shower at some point. I didnt get scammed. The price is really a blessing for Copenhagen, although I dont think that other cheap hostels are also that bad. The location is also good: not longer then 10-15 minutes from main station and Nyhavn.

The buffet breakfast was lacking. It only had cereal, filter coffee, tea and bread.

Really good location, close to the metro station and the shopping street. Easy check-in and check-out. Great ameneties.

The "kitchen" area or fun zone, they would close it at 10pm and you don't have access to your food or they stop your game, which is super annoying. The bathrooms were dirty, I think they only clean them once a day and there are only 2 toilets per floor even though there are like at least 8 rooms on each floor. The towel is not a deposit based, but you rent it and that's it. So bring your own! Some of the stuff are super nice, especially the cleaning stuff. But the girls at the reception / bar are not so much and pretty rude.

As everyone else says the location of the hostel is the best!

My stay in the capsules was quite awful. First, we had problems with the check-in online which was necessary to get the digital key to enter the hostel (they sent us a link that didn't work) and it was impossible to contact them by Booking, mail, phone.... Besides, the first night they only left us a single pillow and a quilt for two people and we couldn't remedy it until the next day. On weekend nights the noise from the bar is thunderous (even with earplugs) until very late. The capsules are quite flimsy and you hear everything creaking every time the people in the capsule above you move, and there are no lockers in these rooms (either you sleep with your stuff in the capsule or you pay for a locker at reception). No clear instructions about the hostel facilities, the WiFi password, how to use the digital key, how to lock your capsule or any other question you can think of.

It's the cheapest hostel in Copenhagen and it's located in the city center.

The shower is automatic on/off and each activation dures 2min, then you need to keep pressing to have a 5-6min shower hehe but, not a big issue.

The reception was really amazing and welcoming. They offer some activities like happy hour, tapas and wine night + fado tour and everything is extremely clean and cozy. I loved it! The coffee is also great, coffee, milk, juice, fruits, yogurt, honey, oat, granola, cereals, jelly, peanut butter, eggs, cheese, ham...

There is a long list that I could say but it make me seek when I just thlink regarding the same hostel. I hoped that could be better but everithing was just fake,behaviour of the stuff but not in general. There was a couple of them that were nice towards me but the rest of the stuff I am just going to forget .

I expected that it is going to be beter but it was not and as a matter of fact I will never come back to the same hostel.

The private room is just a little bit better than a jail cell. The bathroom is like a small wardrobe, with the shower integrated directly on the ceiling, absolutely horrible. If you manage to get into the bathroom and use it, then you need to plan for the shower, because the water will just fall down from the ceiling and make the bathroom unusable for the rest of the day, watering everything around. But, at least it can be good, because it helps the toilet flush, which is not properly working and some more water from the sky might help things to go down..... The staff is not helpful at all. Not on bookings, not on the structure, not anywhere. No way to talk to them, it's all automated. Just pray that everything goes fine and you can have the code to access the room. 0.5 stars out of 5. Just better than a jail room.

The position is good and the pub downstairs is good for drinking and relax without any rush.

Having no security for a 6 floor hostel, where alcohol is being served, is definitely not a good idea. Didn't feel safe and couldn't sleep one night - there was a drunk guy screaming all night until the police came.

Was a little dirty and could’ve been more comfortable. Impossible to get ahold of them. I have been charged twice for my stay and have emailed multiple times but have got no response. Got no warning before getting charged a second time. completely unacceptable
