Amazing Hostel! It has a really cozy, fairly big "bar" - here, you get breakfast in a cozy atmosphere in the morning, a coffee throughout the day, tables to hang out with friends or new mates you've just met, and beers & always good vibes in the evening. You arrive late at night because your train's late? No worries, reception & bar is active throughout the night. It isn't a 5 star hotel, but that's not what you're looking for right.

I was sleeping on the upper bed and hit more times my head on the ceiling...

very unique design of the rooms and the bar, no kitchen but you could ask for glasses and cutlery if u need

not much the stay was pretty good for the price

Staff was extremely nice and helpful: locked my luggage in the lockers, and the guy helped immediately and was very understanding and helpful

The bathroom’s toilet sometimes didn’t work at all.

The breakfast has room for improvement. Is very central, guests and staff were super nice and the environment it’s relaxing during the day and exciting in the night.

We booked a 4 bed dormitory. The room was very hot and they said the hotel was going through modifications so the heater was on. It was so hot that we couldn’t sleep in the room. We asked to change the room but they didn’t. It was very difficult to stay in the room or just even sleep. Rooms were ok and clean but not the best hostel i have lived in.

There were bed bugs. Myself and my girlfriend were destroyed in bites. We had to leave after the first night because of it

Extremely noisy and unclean. Collective toilets and showers are insufficient for the moltotude of guests. Noise all nights long also on working days: the room Windows facing either the street with Pubs or the little inside hostel yard surrounded by rooms letting resound back euch noise.

I think something to hang towels is needed in rooms. Free coffee and tea for visitors could be nice

Especially on the weekend, the bathrooms were pretty bad. The lights weren't working in three of the four showers and after Saturday night, a lot of the shower drains were clogged

The location is excellent! Right downtown and close to the train station, lots of bars and restaurants, and easy walking distance to a lot of nice areas of Copenhagen. The bar in the hostel is super fun and there were a lot of people around. Relaxed during the day and a nice party energy in the evening

Great location within walking distance to great sightseeing in Copenhagen and there was such a fun vibe at the hostel!

One thing I would fix is the curtain, in the room I stayed it didn’t cover the whole window which was a bit annoying

I really did not expect that it would be as nice as it was , nice place nice staffs nice atmosphere i highly recommend for everybody who wants to spend a nice time and meet new people around the globe in copenhagen to stay in downtown hostel and i will definately come back there.

Just some minor issues. Showers were confusing, where they only have the hot water setting at a very high discharge setting. It might feel loud at night if you’re staying on the lower floors.

The hostel is centrally located. Has amazing common area with array of activities planned daily. Have paid locker services for extended luggage storage. Bar is well stocked, food is decent!

Facilities were terrible. The pillow felt like old ropes fitted inside a shirt, the beds were made out of old metal tubes which could be easily hit while sleeping, causing injuries. The elevator was broken and had to carry my bag all the way up to the 4th floor. The shower rooms had no courtains to prevent water from spilling all over and turning my clothes wet. Bedrooms are very noisy because of the ongoing parties in the bar.

I don't recommend booking a private capsule, especially not in the summer. It had bad ventilation and no AC. It was really hot and we couldn't breathe with the door closed, so a regular dormitory would have been more worth the money.

Great cheap breakfast and helpful staff. Clean bathroom.

Bed bugs!!!! Manager just disappeared after being informed about bed bugs in the room. Breakfast(which is very basic) should be included in the price, like in other St. Christopher’s hostels.
