The capsules were a bit hot, as only a small fan in there which didn't work very well, but I wasn't in the bed for long anyway so didn't matter much to me, but my friend didn't get a very good sleep as she was uncomfortably hot.

Ideal location, bar was open until 5am, met lots of people from lots of different Nationalities. Would use again.

The fan inside the pod didn’t work very well, which made the pod highly warm and unbreathable at night, since there are no windows etc. in the pod.

The location was great, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast on offer was great value for money compared to what’s on offer in the city. We were also granted a room on a higher floor upon request of a quieter room. There are also lockers on offer which were highly convenient.

There are only 5 showers for the whole flore - about 10 rooms so might be for like 100 people. Would not call it enough tbh

I stayed on the 5th floor and the elevator was under construction.. 2/4 showers were broken but didn't have to queue anyway. Toilets could use more regular cleaning. In our room the heating element could not be turned off. If you are sensitive to noise this is not the place.

The location is good, in a fun neighbourhood and walking distance from the Central station. The female only room was quite quirky and unique. The ladders a bit hard to climb though.

The room for four people is too small though, also there is only cool water in some shower rooms, and one may need to wait in a queue during morning getting-up time. But you cannot expect too much getting the room at such loaction and with such decent price. Totally I am satisfied with the place.

The location is very downtown, close to the train station. The staff there were nice.

The security was not great! There were lots of people/ locals who had access to the property and somehow finding their way into rooms. I ended up changing my room twice. The other reason being despite a late check in of 3PM; I did not have clean sheets. It felt more like a local hangout than a social hostel for travellers. It would have been nice for more events to be organised and supervised by the staff. Even recommendations or tips for things to do in the city.

The best hostel I've stayed in, particularly because of the private capsule rooms. I would highly recommend getting one if you're sensitive to sounds at night, it gives a lot more privacy than a typical bunk bed. Hostel is also well located, with decent facilities and very helpful staff.

The cabins are not sound isolated whatsoever so you hear everything going on around you. But the airflow is poor so it gets super stuffy in there while you sleep. Very smelly room. Showers and toilets not clean. This would have been acceptable if you’d paid something like 15 eur per person per night, but the price was 35 eur per person per night when we stayed.

The bathroom was not so cleaned, and the showers was bad. The beds didnt have curtains. the breakfast was very very basic and kind of overprised. The elevator was scary. The lock on our door didnt work. I also heard people say that they found bed bugs in their beds and it did not seem like the manegment handle the situation well. However I did not experience that myself.

The bar is nice and has low prices for Copenhagen. The staff is also very nice.

The hostel is near the Tivoli Gardens in central Copenhagen. It is 15 minutes walk from the train station. The room was a 10 bed dormitory on the top floor. There was a small basin in the room. The ground floor area has reception and the bar. There are benches outside. The staff are excellent.

The bathroom was quite small, you need to shower next to the toilet making everything wet. I can recommend it only for young people.

The location was great, closed to everything. In the reception you have a bar where you can spend a good time, having breakfast and even order a pizza. The staff was really friendly.

Choosing a quieter room should be an option avaliable when making the reservation, not something to specify with an additional comment since it's such a common thing that people might be interested in.
