I had to go down a flight of stairs from the main road to get to the hotel when arriving with the train. It was icy and I was carrying a suitcase.

It was easy to get to the hotel from the airport and close to the city centre. The room was clean and big enough for a one night stay. The breakfast was good.

The biggest disappointment was that there was a lot of dust on the first day of arrival in various places, especially on the glass shelves. The sink was also clogged, the water did not drain very, very badly, it was extremely uncomfortable from this side. After asking for cleaning and fixing the problem with the sink, nothing happened has not changed

Good location, quite nice room with a nice view. There was a mini bar, an accessible parking lot opposite the hotel.

We were there only one night, but it was a pleasant stay, the room is clean and warm (which was super important in the mid of winter), the bathroom is well equipped.

I don’t usually write reviews but I was really disappointed with the cleanliness. When we arrived we had hairs all over our pillow (maybe a dog or eyelashes) so we had to change that. Then I noticed none of the windows have been cleaned, greasy finger prints all over. Then the bath and sink clearly hasn’t been wiped, marks and dust.

We loved the location, nice to look out over the water and central to what we wanted to do.

Breakfast was a little expensive, but it's probably in line with the pricing across most of the city.

Very clean room, friendly staff. It was a city view room and we loved it. Rooms are quite spacious, with a good sized TV and well equipped bathroom.

The staff at the front desk could've been a bit more friendly. However, the staff at the breakfast were friendly.

The first room we took was spacious and clean. Facilities were great. However, we returned after 2 days from visiting another city. We got checked into another room that was not cleaned well. They said it was a twin bed but it was just two single beds put close together.

Well I.took my pet very little choice of areas where he could go whilst I ate . Also no bowls left for him.in room . I wouldn't say it was totally pet friendly and you pay 200dk per night

The Ultra modern Danish Architecture of the building and surrounding areas. The Breakfast deserves top marks 👌 so much variety and beautifully displayed the staff efficent and very courteous . Lovely and friendly

Since it was a double bed it should have been one quilt, instead of two smaller ones. The air inside the room was too dry

I recently stayed at a hotel in Copenhagen and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming, the rooms were modern and comfortable, and the location was convenient for exploring the city. The hotel's attention to cleanliness and safety measures was reassuring. I especially enjoyed the diverse breakfast options.

The decor was quite dated, and some parts of the bathroom felt slightly worn down. The hotel feels overall very much like a work/business conference hotel - the ambiance was very stale and there were not a lot of nice places to hang out. Okay if you just need to stay for a quick work trip or need a place for a business meeting, but not very nice if you're visiting for leisure or relaxation. The location was okay, but a bit off. There's not much but office buildings and big roads in a 10-minute-walk radius around, which is fine if you don't mind a stroll but if you want to stay in Copenhagen for the town life, I'd suggest finding something a bit more central.

The staff was friendly and very helpful with our booking that got a bit tricky due to some train cancelations. The room was clean and beds were quite comfortable, great to have an extra pillow! A pretty decent breakfast buffet as well, quite good value for the price all in all.

Restaurant and bar opening hours were restricted and therefore couldn’t use at all times, check at reception to avoid confusion.

Great location and easy reach from airport, great access to city centre and main attraction, very modern and specious public areas, room was well equipped and with great water/city views, you can enjoy a wide range of foods at breakfast and dinner, very tasty and well prepared, the hotel has one of the main shopping malls in Copenhagen within a minute walk, you can find a wide range of of services, shops, food and entertainment, excellent 3 nights stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful and always on hand to help and give advice, well done.

30 minutes before the breakfast closes, they started to clean everything. If you came late for breakfast, half of the things are already gone. Starting your day relaxed don't work there
