Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A bit too small and especially the shower area, perfect for someone who’s like to cuddle with the shower curtains.
Great location, in the middle of the city centre but it was still a quiet place. Beds are good!

There was a tennis court just outside the room so not a great view and felt we had to keep the curtains mostly closed.
Good location close to metro and not too far to walk to shops, bars & restaurants.

Very hot room, with lots of traffic nose...they even provided a noisy fan as there was no aircon and ear defence as the sound proofing on the windows wasn't adequate.

The room is extremely basic and I would say was not worth the amount we paid for the weekend. But then again, I think the price is partly due to the location
The location is what you are paying for with this hotel. It is close to pretty much everything that we did during our stay. The staff are extremely pleasant

My only criticism is that the room was a little small and would have preferred a room with a balcony.
The location was great, right in the centre of copenhagen, 5 minutes from central station and a connecting train station across the road from the hotel. The breakfast selection was very varied and very tasty.

Noise from the train station opposite but ok with window closed and fan on (warm day) Breakfast room needs new carpet - very stained
Room spacious. Bed & pillows good. Very well located for train station and attractions. Fan and kettle in the room. Very nice breakfast and airy dining room. Great Vietnamese restaurant nearby (Hanoi Pho -booking necessary)

We were disappointed that the hotel advertised that there would be a gym, but when we went to use there was nothing there and were not informed of this , I felt we should have had some sort of compensation as we had to pay to use a private gym 😣
The hotel was in a good location for seeing the sights and for restaurants

Nothing major we didn't like. A bit of wear to some of the furniture, fittings and carpet in the room but probably just needs a redecorate. The air conditioning wasn't particularly effective but it did cool down eventually.
Great location very near Central Station, the metro and Tivoli. Comfortable rooms, good breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. A great base for exploring Copenhagen.

There is no way to lock the door to keep kids from running out. I have two small kids and they escaped many times. Maybe put a chain lock or something for safety. Also there was only 5 channels on tv.

We were there for 5 nights, so a little more storage for clothing would've been useful, but that's my only moan, so it's a small one.
The room was comfortable and the bed was exceptionally comfy, with a Jensen topper. Slept like a log. Location is excellent, close to the railway station, Tivoli Gardens and the town. Staff were really good. Ever so helpful and friendly

I had trouble charging my mobile phone but could be due to my phone.
We were very happy with our booking. Staff were lovely, extremely helpful with absolutely everything. Room and bathroom had everything you need, were clean and tidy, and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was great, a good selection of food and drink, good quality. A little noisy with window open but it is on the edge of the city. Very handy for station.
