We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe only problem for me was that the mattress was a little soft I would have liked a firmer more comfortable mattress. It would also be nice to have the bar running a little into the evening in case we wanted a drink at the end of the day.
The reception staff were impeccable. Both Gonçalo and Kristoffer were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Upon arrival we were shown the map of Copenhagen and guided to all the places that were pleasant to visit. When I had a problem with the hot water it was sorted within minutes. Even though the bar was closed in the evening it was still possible to get a latte at the end of the night . Overall a really nice place to stay at if you are looking for a budget hotel to stay at

United StatesI am OCD when it comes to cleanliness, so take what I say with a grain of salt. I didn't like the shower curtain, it puddled in the tub. It should have been a little shorter so that it didn't get shower scum on the bottom. The tile grout needed to be detailed Anyone walking in the bathroom would have notice that it was clean and well organize. I notice little things that occur with property over a period of time due to wear and tear. I happened to be obsessively clean.
The Staff was amazing... friendly and extremely helpful about where to eat and sites to see. Kristopher and the Portuguese guy (sorry, never got his name) both were incredibly warm and gracious. The room was nice with a wonderful view. It was clean, well organize and functional.

United KingdomBecause I was on the sixth floor the wifi was intermittent. It sometimes meant having to go down to reception to connect and then come back up. Seemed to be an issue after 7pm rather than before.
It was fantastic to be in the Queen Suit, it provided me with more than sufficient room. Room service on a daily basis was very efficient. Excellent charging points Luggage room for my suitcase which was important when my flight home was not until 10pm

United KingdomThe room electrics were a little confusing, you had a key card to turn all the room mains on, but we could not work out how to just turn the bedside lamps on without illuminating the whole room? Also the toilet light would not turn on without the whole room being illuminated? Maybe, we were doing something wrong? but I would have thought that once the key card is in the slot, you should be able to turn all the lights in the room on/off individually.
The receptionist was amazing, an absolute font of knowledge, i even got my phone charged on reception! The location was very good, only 5 minutes walk to the main train station and the same to all the local bars. The buffet breakfast was very good, serving both hot and cold foods to an excellent standard.
