Exceptional value for money overall! The facilities were in good condition. The rooms were good enough for sleeping and working and clean. The housekeeping was friendly and professional. Breakfast exceeded our expectations in terms of variety and quality. The staff was very professional. The beds were also very nice, on the fluffy side but very comfortable for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, just 3 min from a metro station (Vesterport) and 1 minute from a train station (S tog Vesterport). Also, just minutes away from the Town Hall square and Stroget (the main pedestrian road). Everything (including places to eat, drink and shop, within walking distance). We will stay there next time in CPH for sure.

Our room was a little on the small side for 2 adults and 2 kids as when the bed was pulled out, there was not much room to manouver. The room was also incredibly hot and when we opened the window, in an attempt to cool down, the constant traffic noise kept us awake. I also did not like the left luggage room as it was accessible to other guests.

The lobby and room were nicely decorated and furnished. It was a stylish hotel and there was a communal fridge we could use.

We actually booked at ProfilHotels Mercure, but due to overcrowding three weeks before departure we were rebooked at ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza without any problems, nice communication and uncomplicated handling. The hotel (Copenhagen Plaza) is a bit outdated but the charm and history of the building is worth a visit. The hotel is very central, right next to the train station and the rooms are very clean. The proximity to the nearby Tivoli is also great, but noise is not a problem. The breakfast is very good, with a large selection and freshly prepared. The hotel staff is very friendly, accommodating and you feel very welcome as a guest from the very beginning. The bar, which is integrated into the hotel, is also a must. Again, very friendly and accommodating.

Friendly and helpful receptionist. I have stayed 4 days in Copenhagen and The hotel is walking distance to the Central station 7minutes walk which operates 24hrs so you wont miss your flight. The breakfast buffet is very good. I have an early flight they are so kind to give me a take away pack breakfast consist of Danish pastries. It is close to the Tourist information which helps if youre planning to do daytrips to visit Helsingor and Frederiksburg Castle. I was happily able to explore the City Centre, Round Tower, The little Meramid and visit Nyhavn (theres a bus stop near the hotel) for yummy lunch and dinner. Theres No Air condition in the room. I stayed 1st week of May 2022 so theres no issue since its still cold in Denmark.

We had a hard time with the temperature of the room, couldn't get it warmer or cooler. Only problem from breakfast was the hot water for tea was not very hot.

The room was what we needed as 3 adults traveling together. Having the balcony was a plus as it allowed us to have an open door and fresh air. The room was very quiet without street or hotel noise. Breakfast was vey good with plenty of variety and time. The staff was helpful with suggestions for food and in getting a taxi when leaving

The bed was slightly uncomfortable, we had a double bed but it barely fit two people. The mattress was too springy. While we had an amazing view from our room, the window was into the street which means that it was relatively loud even at night (we were there in the summer when there's light outside until nearly midnight). The bathroom could have been cleaner but overall we were satisfied considering the price.

The hotel is situated near the city center, which is wonderful because everything is within walking distance. If you need to get someplace further, the train and metro stations are very close as well. There are plenty of grocery stores around as well, everything easily accessible by on foot! The staff was nice and welcoming, they were extremely helpful whenever we needed assistance. Breakfast was very good, there was plenty to choose from and it never once happened to us that they would run out of something, even during the later hours throughout breakfast. If you are looking for a place to rest after an eventful day of being a tourist, this is definitely the right place. Bonus, the view from our room was beautiful!

For my short one night stay everything was nice. Only wish would be to have more granola options at breakfast :)

Receptionist, both at check-in and at check-out were very nice and friendly. Overall, everything was nice and clean, as expected. Location was perfectly next to Tivoli and to an S-train station.

I didn't like that there was no English tea or coffee in my room, only herbal tea which I don't drink. I didn't like the hot breakfast options. The bacon and sausages weren't to my taste. Some of the noise from the main street kept me awake at night but I know the hotel can't control that.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. I liked having the balcony. The location was also good and I felt really close to the city centre and the train station. The breakfast was great and I liked that there was such a huge choice of breakfast options to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bathroom is rather old fashion. Shower did not work well, and sink was leaking. Luckily it was fixed. Also, I had to change the key card twice because it di not work after a while.

The hotel is walking distance from the centre. The room is big enough and bed was comfortable. Also the gym is small but convenient. Breakfast is good.
