The bed was a bit hard

Really cool atrium with trees and plants , nice place to sit and relax. Didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked nice. The room was nice, good size , feels spacious, good storage with a wardrobe. Breakfast had a good choice of different foods. Tram station close to the hotel, goes to the city center. I traveled by car, garage is conveniently located under the hotel.

A deposit was requested for the room at the reception desk which put me off . I was thinking that there should be for minibar or other facilities in the room but the fridge in the room was empty . Breakfast quiet expensive . Tthe room was quiet small when an extra bed was added .

The hotel is close to the airport and was close to the place we needed to be . We arrived around 11:30am and we get the room much earlier than the normal check in time . The train station and metro line are few minutes away and the city centre can be reached in about 15 -20 minutes . A free coffee was given to us when we asked where we can get one .

The soap dispenser was empty on arrival and didn't get filled, despite the room being serviced twice. The building was very hot, however the room a/c helped.

The staff at breakfast were delightful, and provided a very bright start to the day. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious.

Common areas are fine, but I would expect a bit better rooms for the price. Hotel is a bit overpriced.

Location is perfect if you are attending a concert. The hotel is on walking distance to Royal Arena.

Description of the room wasn't true to what we found. Few things missing, like water in bottles, no slippers, only 1 bathrobe (for 2 guests), shower caps. Bathroom wasn't completely clean either.

Staff and food were amazing, also very good placement of the hotel.

Not enough elevators working. 1 elevator always deactivated even after the event where there was a huge queue.

Towels were very comfy and big. They have kettle, the room was warm and breakfast was nice. Alan (staff) very nice.

Extremely nice personnel, tasty breakfast, stylish rooms. Extra points for a bathtub! 💛 There's a metro station and a train station nearby. Despite being located far from the city centre, I could travel fast there and also to the airport.

The direction signals are messy and amenities are not properly indicated so it was difficult to get around. The hotel is close to the airport but they don’t offer free shuttle

The property and room was nice, clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my short stay and also like the gym although it was in a weird location. You have to go through a cafe to find it and even sign on a sheet

Christmas party is on going during our stay and noise so loud, hardly sleep at night. Only the music (DJ) stop playing we able to sleep.

Breakfast have some good choices. Room is good and clean. Bed is comfortable and duvet is soft.

Staffs are not so friendly. I asked for some plates to be delivered to my room and they said 50 DKK . It was strange for me

We got assigned a high floor for our room and the views were wonderful. Seeing that this is near an office district, the hotel is also next to a co-working/ office space and so it's geared for business meetings and conferences. The room itself is simple but comfortable. The gym is quite amazing and if you workout, this is a wonderful space - except the opening hours are limited so check ahead. Otherwise, the hotel is within walking distance to the trains, trams, and buses as well as The Fields - a nearby shopping mall with food options, shopping, and even groceries.

The room had two single beds with two single covers. This made it difficult as a coulpe who enjoy being close together.

Location was great for the arena and an easy transfer to the centre.
