Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

PortugalExceptional location, near the central station. If you don’t want to use public transports, you can walk to the city centre. Good value for money. Good breakfast. 24/7 available hot drinks (coffee, hot chocolate, etc.). Cleaning needs to be improved, especially in the bedrooms. Staff is nice and friendly.

PolandNice hotel in a great location, close to the main train station and walking distance to the centre. The room seemed to be a little outdated but clean and enough for a short trip. The hotel provides many board games or sport equipments so perfect when its rainy. Breakfast is a little basic, but great value for money. 24/7 available coffee station is perfect and drinks are delicious. The early check in is 300DKK, too bad that it was not mentioned earlier but still guite ok. All in all, I would recommend the place.

United KingdomPluses: Friendly helpful staff, free hot drink machine, lots of activities on site, good breakfast, nice to relax on reception sofas. Lovely bedding. Iron & hairdryer in room. Less good: rooms, hallways & reception quite hot. Corridor floors bundles of dust & need scrubbing/mopping. Lots of dust clumps under our bed too, bathroom sink drains need deep clean. Some communal areas need a deep clean (reception toilets tiled walls & floor, lift glass & areas etc, it’s not dreadful but needs improvement). Ear plugs needed due to main train line noise.

United StatesThe pool here is not what you expect. It is in an attached building run by a separate "pool club." You pay a small fee (25 DKK) to the hotel for a wristband to access it. While it is a fantastic pool with a child area, lap pool, "fun" pool and diving pool, it's a sports facility not a relaxing hotel pool. There are no chairs to sit on, numerous rules about what you can bring in, the sauna costs extra, etc. If you want to swim for exercise or have children under 10 it is great.
The location of the hotel is excellent. It is a 5 minute walk to a Metro station and maybe 10 minutes to the main train station. Honestly you can walk to the main part of the city in 20 minutes if you prefer not to use the metro. The surrounding neighborhood has numerous restaurants including some that are relatively reasonably priced. The breakfast is very good and the hotel is clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel offers lots to do like board games, table tennis, etc. The pool would be excellent for younger children.

FinlandGreat Location & Amenities, but Room Could Be Better I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location is fantastic. However , I found the price a bit high for what we got. The room was much smaller than I expected, and both the room and bathroom didn’t feel as fresh or clean as they should have been upon arrival. Given the cost, I expected better upkeep. While the stay had its good points, I feel there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and value for money.
Great Location, Excellent Amenities, and Friendly Staff I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to buses, trains, and the metro, making it very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of options to start the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I also appreciated the 24-hour availability of coffee and tea, a great perk for travelers. The swimming pool was a fantastic addition, providing a perfect spot to relax after a long day. Overall, a great experience.

United KingdomThe 3rd floor corridor flooring was covered in marks and stains, as it's the first thing you see going to your room, it really brings the place down. Room walls need repainting.
Easy to reach from the station. Easy check-in. Room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Breakfast good.

BulgariaThe facilities of the rooms were a little bit worn out. As it’s close to the Central train station there is some sound, but not unbearable. It’ll be good if they supply slippers as the floor was bit cold. Also the temperature in the room was 21 degrees and couldn’t change it, which wasn’t that big deal as we spent the time there only to sleep.
The location, the polite staff, the breakfast, the size of the rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable bed. Also the lobby is very cosy, it’s really nice that you have all day free coffee and tea there. I can’t miss to mention Nadia, she was so kind and helpful.

PolandThe dirty pillowcase was not replaced despite our three-night stay, even though the room was cleaned daily. There was also no storage space for belongings, except for a hanger that could only fit two jackets.
We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, the 24/7 lobby with coffee and tea, and the great location. The price was also very attractive.

The hotel is near the central station, has big rooms, and has nice facilities. We stayed only one night, so for us was a perfect location for visiting the city but also for reaching the airport is perfect.
