The room was slightly underwhelming: old looking and simple but comfortable. That said, the hotel was overall great.

The accommodation is basic but definitely clean so if you go in with this expectation all is fine. As an Australian a lot of European hotels can be expensive so its hard to gauge what's good value for money paid.

This hotel is serviceable for a short term stay in Copenhagen. Whilst it is close to the train station, if you like walking, it's about 10 minutes until you get to the town centre. Staff super friendly and helpful. Complimentary tea and coffee in lobby nice touch and morning breakfast substantial.

The location is hard to beat, right next to trains, metro, and busses, in a vibrant part of town. Even though my room was across the street from the train tracks I slept like a rock.

All was great!

Free breakfast was great with lots of options. Also loved the free coffee and tea in the lobby along with tons of board games. The umbrella rental stand came in clutch and was a good deal at 20 dkk for 48 hours. Also loved that hotel guests got to bowl at the attached convention center for next to nothing—it was a blast! Also loved the cozy window ledges in the guest rooms with a pillow so you could perch and read.

Some railway noise as it’s near the station so best to take ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The staff were amazing- they were really friendly and efficient. Loved the hotel lobby space where it was nice to spend time grabbing a (free!) coffee from the machine or buy a beer/wine. Breakfast was lovely and the restaurant staff were able to provide my sister with gluten bread. We returned to the hotel for our last night after travelling elsewhere and it was lovely to come back!

Location was super, easy to reach the train and metro station, easy also to walk to all nearby attractions. Breakfast was also pretty good, enough variety and good quality food. Also nice the room at the entrance where you could just relax, play games and drink coffe/tea.

-Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool. Big disappointment as it was closed during our stay. -Double bed was combined by 2 single beds, it is uncomfortable with a gap in between. -The room can hear the trains running at late night and early morning.

-It is pretty near to the central train station, and yet the location is quiet and away from main tourist crowds. -Night lamps in the room are perfect for my daughter. -Room with air-conditioner. -Breakfast is good and complimentary coffee/tea at the lobby.

I wasn’t a huge fan of the location. While we felt safe the whole time, it didn’t feel like the nicest location to stay as the area around the central station felt a bit rougher. Some of tourist spots like Nyhavn can be quite a walk. Relied on public transport a lot more than other cities we visited.

Very nice hotel. Close to central station. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Double bed and also a bunk bed in the room. The lobby/reception area is great to rest or have your lunch/dinner you’ve brought back to the hotel. It’s great to have the hot drink machine they offer free - nice little addition to have a tea/coffee/hot chocolate. The lobby area also has some kids entertainment - paper/pencils to draw, board games, toys, books. Breakfast was really good with lots of choices Being near central station is convenient if you are arriving/leaving by train

The disadvantage was that we could hear the trains squeaking all the time... But that is to be expected. The decor in the corridors is not nice, it's like a hostel with wipe clean everything! The pool was out of use during our stay.

The location is very good as it's so close to the train station and Tiviioli. The breakfast was very good and the free coffee machine.

It’s in a great location and very close to Copenhagen Central station meaning that you can virtually get the train from the airport straight to the hotel. The sights and restaurants of the city are all in east walking distance. The communal area was lovely and the staff friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and served in a beautiful building adjacent to the hotel. We had a family room which was compact but comfortable and I would stay there again.
