Travelers might want to be aware when booking that some rooms can be a very long walk from the elevator/desk. One of us injured a knee a couple days before our arrival, and the long walk to our room was difficult. They staff said the place was fully booked so they couldn't move us. I'm sure they would have been accommodating if we had known ahead of time, so if the situation applies to anyone it might be good to ask when booking.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great. The room was very clean and the bed was good. But the room was fairly bare bones, and i expected a bit more amenities given the price. The common areas of the hotel complex were very fun however

The only downside was the noise coming from the nearby train station at night, but the room has sufficient air conditioning that we could keep the window closed.

The location is great in relation to the city centre, 5 minutes from the main train station and metro and only 8 minutes walk to Tivoli Gardens. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was good and the lobby area has lots of board games and free tea and coffee. There is also a wide range of drinks and snacks available to purchase. The swimming pool is also excellent. The room was clean and comfortable.

Smart TV would be good to have since the number of TV chanels is rather limited.

Excellent location. Modern, well designed, comfortable hotel. All the city attractions in the walkable distance. Very quite at night. Tasty and healthy breakfast with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Free coffee, tea in the lobby. Nice balkony with a good view for some of the rooms.

the climate control, which really isn't. As climate change causes higher temperatures in Northern Europe, hotels need to offer real Air Conditioning. Our room was very warm causing some sleepless nights. Please provide more toiletries such as conditioner and body lotion. As more of us travel with only carry on luggage, we rely on the toiletries provided in the room.

Very basic room. No closet to leave your clothes, miniature shelves by the bed.

The AC was too loud, we asked the staff to look into it but after doing so, said that even though it was indded louder than the room next to us, they couldn't do much about it or move us to another room (we were there for 3 nights). Rooms and bathrooms need a proper deep cleaning and touch ups (broken toilet seat, descaling of the shower heads, stained curtains etc.). Also, the other comments about the paddle court are valid. Overall, if you value sleep and cleanliness too much, look for something else.

Close proximity to train and metro stations. Friendly staff, nicely designed rooms with plenty of natural light, spacious bathrooms. The breakfast area is also pleasant. The coffee bar in the lobby is a nice touch, but also know that it replaces what's typically offered in the room (no complimentary water, tea, or coffee up there).

The pillows were not good at all (but ofc depends on what you like). The rooms and the hallways in the hotel was like a sauna and it was only 18 Celsius outside.

Nice lounge area with a lot of board games etc. breakfast fresh and good but not very much to choose from. The location is perfect, very near to the train station. Comfortable beds.

The water pressure in the shower was terrible!

Location is great, very convenient to the train station and Tivoli Gardens. all of the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly and helpful. Wifi, breakfast and facilities were all good.
