The bedrooms are great but the covers are 2 singles which seems to not cover quite enough of you. also need a 2nd pillow - but just request it.

amazing site with the sport city as part of the complex and right beside the train station and Tivoli! the open area with couch was wonderful to come back to and have a cup of tea at. the breakfast is amazing!! so fresh and thE breads are incredible! also there is an enormous pool on the complex plus paddle board & bowling free. Absolutely loved it!!!

Excellent location - close to Copenhagen central station, easy walking distance (even with heavy suitcase), also close to metro (helpful when going to attractions) Good breakfast buffet - good variety of spread, and opening hours Size of the room was small, but I've realised that's the norm for Scandinavia, and it was good value for the price

The toilet had a different porcelain design which was not at all functional in the room we stayed in. Every time I went to the bathroom and flushed with the lid closed, water splashed out even when it was closed, my foot got drops coming from inside the toilet several times.

The whole Staff was always kind, the Interior Design was exactly what we expected to see, really beautiful. the breakfast was also good.

The bathrooms were a little outdated and I didn't like that there were only paper cups in the room - no mugs or cups.

Location was fabulous, 5 minutes to the central train station. The rooms were clean and adequate for what we needed. We were above the tennis court but the noise wasn't too bad and we managed to sleep well.

Shower water pressure was really awful.

Hotel staffs are very friendly. The interior of lobby and room are very sophisticated. It is good to be able to use free coffee machine.

Some shelf or basket in shower would be nice so it is possible to put shampoo, conditioner etc. Room temperature regulator glows, light comes all the time. If during the day it is not noticable, but at night it shines right to the bed head, extremely annoying when trying to fall asleep

The breakfast was excellent, varied and I personally liked the inclusion of fresh vegetables! Great location, very close to the railway station and many attractions. The room was very spacious and the fact that there were two separate single blankets was a big plus!

The square pillows were not very comfortable and the extra pillow in the wardrobe had blood spots on it, probably been washed numerous times and just stained but a bit off putting

Loved the size of the room, the location was very handy so close to the train station and tivoli gardens, staff were all lovely, good breakfast selection, the shower was brilliant!! Free coffee machine in the lobby if you love coffee

Clean comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Outstanding pool. Literally the best pool I have ever found associated with a hotel stay. The pool and gym facilities were part of a large sports complex next to the hotel, and the pool had both a standard rectangular 25m pool and a round "track pool" like a speed skating rink that you could swim round and round without having to do any flip turns at all.

The room was quite small and it looked like a train wagon.

The swimmingpool and the breakfast are really great. The central train station is close and they offered us a free taxi when we arrived, late at night.

Only issue was the location right next to the train station, as our room was really noisy as it was next to the tracks.

Very central location (5 min walk to central station) Good and fresh breakfast Friendly and helpful personal Is connected with an activity center and therefor usage of pool and gym is free Hotel is very clean and accommodations are comfortable and new. The only thing we did not like were the lamps in the room. Especially of you want to read in bed, the fancy "rings" do a very bad job, and you have to get up to turn them on and off.

Nice room, quite large and with high ceilings. Bed was comfy and bathroom nice with bathtub and nicesmelling products. Located very close to the central train station and next to the very lively and polular "Kødbyen" district with lots of bars and restaurants. Hotel also offer access to the bowling alley, pool and sport facilities. Good breakfast with healthy choices also, which I really liked. Bu tnot to worry, pancakes and pastries are there too :-)

The size of the room. A bit crammed for 3 adults! Breakfast choice is very limited.

The location and the staff, especially Sara and Simone. They are professional, courteous, friendly and most helpful.
