Parking isn't free. Toilet had a bad smell sometimes(from the drain)... Climate control was nice but its illumination was too bright at night to sleep. These are minor complaints, but the price isn't that cheap for it, so be warned.

The breakfast was lovely, however the staff were unhelpful and packed away the breakfast far before people were finished eating, which was disappointing as it was a buffet/all you can eat.

The facilities were fantastic! The hotel was clean, spacious and stylish! The rooms were quiet and comfortable!

We couldn’t make the room cool enough without speaking to reception. The shower was a little lukewarm.

Staff were very helpful and once in person sorted out a problem. Bed was comfortable.

The bathtub was not possible to be used for a bath, it was quite unexpected when we just wanted to relax. It was also not possible to check-in earlier in the morning, the staff didn't make much of an effort to help us even though we obviously were tired. We were just told to come back at 2.

The bedroom was very modern and comfortable for a couple of days stay. We very much enjoyed the location close to the center and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

There could have been a small set of drawers to place some of your clothes. I ended up putting them on top of the ironing board. Also, it was unfortunate that our room was adjacent to the railway line. The trains kept me awake most night. I wanted to use the swimming pool but I didn't have a 20 DKK for the locker and I couldn't be bothered going back to the reception to get one so I didn't bother.

I liked the location of the hotel. The breakfast was good with a good choice of food. When the food ran out it was quickly replaced.

The room cleanliness could have been better.

The hotel is close to Copenhagen Central Station where you can access lots of public transport options. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good, but not so diversified.

My room was facing the railway, so sometimes I could hear the trains going.

The hotel is perfectly located, 2 min walk from the central station. The rooms are bright and big, with all the facilities. The access to pool and comfortable lobby with coffee and board games corner is definitely a big plus.

I would’ve liked that the breakfast buffet varies a little bit. we stayed there for 4 days and everyday is practically the same.

the location is great, short walk to the main train station. Great pool facility, specially handy for family with a toddler. Design of the hotel is modern, and comfortable. Games and coffee/tea facility at reception is great although would prefer they restock teabags ☺️

I have a suggestion when everyone is looking to save energy. They should reduce the lights in the passage leading to the rooms. Once we open the door the whole passage is lighted up. Wasting energy. When alternate lights could do the job. The breakfast had very limited option of teas and breads. And the breads didn't have vegan option. In fact the ingredients were not shown in any of the breads.

The hotel was almost walking distance from one side of the train station. Room was spacious with a balcony. Though facing the railway tracks it was not so noisy as the windows were effective.

Couldn't easily control aircon as we wanted to switch off at night. Bowling complex was closed Sun-Tues which was when we stayed!

Lovely clean room. Good rain shower. Comfy bedding and cosy lighting. Fantastic view. Pool and jacuzzi were great and we also booked table tennis. Free hot drinks and games in foyer area were brilliant. Good variety at breakfast and fresh bread and pastries were delicious. All the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Strange to have an electric kettle but no coffee or tea in the room. One of the lights over the bed did not work. The hotel really does have a great location, but I have to admit I am glad I did not pay full price for the stay - it seems a bit overprice.

Really great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok. Really great to be able to use the swimmingpools in the DGI byen free of charge. Great idea with board games in the reception / lounge. Room had an ok size.

Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. Great swimming pool. Comfortable lounge area for relaxing and we apreciated the free tea and coffee. Ideal location for main station. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The staff were excellent! They were very approachable. Quick to respond to our queries. The location itself was very close to the Central Station which makes it very handy. Hotel was exceptional. Was very clean!! Ohw i love the staff!!! everyone of them. Breakfast also was superb!

Amazing breakfast with a good selection of food (the scrambled eggs with bacon were super good, as well as the little croissants). The hotel is in a very good position - despite being close to a station I'd say the area is pretty quiet. There's a nice common space with sofas and free hot drinks, plus a nice selection of board games. The staff was nice and the room was big and clean.
