Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room had direct sun exposure and due to the dark coloured curtains it got very hot throughout the day. And it was only mid May.

It is situated very close to the central station and therefore a little bit noisy. But this is its advantage as well.

Noise - trains running all night, we overlooked the lines and a busy road. Tea and coffee making facilities in room - a kettle. No mugs, no tea, no coffee...
Location - good in that it is close to the centre, Tivoli etc. Staff pleasant Drinks in reception area good.

There was a loud private Friday-night party going on until 1 am, in the adjacent restaurant (where the breakfast is served). Complained but the hotel informed they could not do anything about it as it was a private party. At least a heads-up would have been appreciated, so we could have gone out partying ourselves…or a pair of ear plugs…
First if all, Copenhagen is a wonderful tourist destination, we much enjoyed it. The hotel has a convenient location, right next to the old Meatpacking district with lots restaurants and bars. close to subway and central station. city attractions all in walking distance. Parking next door (around 27 euros p night). very good breakfast. even a swimming pool. overall good value considering all hotels in Copenhagen are pricy.

No real issues, but as a note you can hear the trains on an night, didn't really bother me or my partner but may bother some people.
Great location as so close to the train station...good sized room with balcony, great breakfast and friendly staff.

Bathroom and the lack of cleanliness in the room. It was very dusty and bathroom was filled with limescale and a horrible smell from the drain.
This hotel is a short distance from Copenhagen Central, ideal for people flying in or using the train to travel to Copenhagen. The room was spacious however it was not very clean. The bathroom was stained with limescale, I understand that hard water is very common in Denmark however cleaning staff could keep on top of this. The shower drain smelled awful and was very off putting! We booked a family room with balcony however we were not allocated a balcony. We were disappointed at this. The staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for assistance.

The included breakfast and free take away coffee was a massive bonus! There was so much for the children to do such as table tennis, swimming (at a small extra cost), darts, table football all free to use. Staff are really friendly and helpful. It was a great stay! Only a 5 min walk from the train station and Tivoli. The room was clean and had everything you needed.

location was great, 5 minute walk from train station, many restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk. Breakfast had a good selection and was just what was needed before exploring the city each day. The coffee and tea facility in the reception area was lovely and although there was a kettle in the room we did not need to use this for our caffeine fix. We arrived early and left late so we used the luggage room which was easy to use and very handy,

The hotel is very close to central station, tivoli park and meat market district. Easy to reach by train if arriving from airport. Very good breakfast service

Can’t think of anything!
Great location - just a few minutes walk from Central station. Lots of games and activities at the hotel to keep the kids amused when we were there. Breakfast at the hotel was really good before heading out for the day.
