We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

AustraliaBy Australian standards, this hotel was very expensive but appeared like student accommodation . The water pressure in the shower was very poor but the cleanliness was a big issue. Floors dirty and surfaces dusty and despite asking for the room to be cleaned and beds made, this wasn’t done.
The location was very handy to the station and Tivoli. The staff were friendly and helpful.

United KingdomThe swimming pool had a strict hair washing prior to entering policy, it might be better to offer swimming caps for sale if you don’t wish to wash your hair. Just a small thing and maybe just not used to this as we are from the uk.
The hotel was nice and clean and had a nice atmosphere. There were free tea and coffee facilities in reception as well as items available to purchase. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a lovely experience. Also massive swimming pool with kids pool.

IndiaStaff attitude towards complaints was surprising. They didnt care, Infact they asked my 12 Year kid who was alone in the room to vacate with 3 Large bags & 2 small bags as the time was up. No empathy & cold behaviour. This happened even after paying for late checkout charges.
While eating the breakfast we noticed that the whole loaf of bread kept was fungi infected. When intimated they didnt even bother to clear the bread from the shelf. When informed the front desk they said they cannot do anything about it. Pathetic attitude towards hygiene.

United Kingdom1). The WORST thing was that my room had a revolting smell. A cross between drain and aerosol sprayed over the top. I did tell the man on reception, but no apology, but he did send someone up immediately to deal with it. This man poured some fluid down the shower plug and said it was probably caused by the room not having been used for a long time! The smell dud get slightly better, but then became worse again. I feel the man on reception, although helpful, should have apologised, and offered to move me to another room. And if I went to reception, it should have clearly been written in notes for any other receptionist to see easily, and they then ask if all was OK now. I appreciate that noone could go into the room without me being there, but i was only there for 3 nights and was busy with friends family and making to most of our brief time there. So, didn't want to have to stay behind an wait for another maintenance person each day. 2). The downstairs of the hotel was very nicely done, but the corridors looked like they were from a prison, and gave it a dreary unkempt look. Plus, the tiled flooring was covered in stains making the whole area look grubby. 3). It would be nice to have tea/coffee/creamer in the room even if they were all instant. 4). It would be nice if the hotel also offered an evening meal or takeaway like pizza.
The staff were polite and most were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and the room it was in was great. Free coffee downstairs was nice. The swimming was great.

PolandVery good location, close to the train station, so it’s easy to get to the airport. We could left our luggage before checking in. It’s not far away from the city center - walk distance. Tasty breakfast in nice restaurant. Coffee, tea and board games available 24/7 in lobby - perfect idea. Lovely christmas deco :) Totally recommended.

NorwayThe bed was not clean. There were stains on the duvet, and we had to ask for new bedding to change it. When we took off all the bedding, we saw that they had not changed the bottom sheet and it was dirty with stains, and had many hairs on it. That was nasty and left us with a bad feeling.
